I can't grow my medicine now and it IS do to the mmar misuse/abuse. No way around that chap. How come you're not asking anyone who's claiming different then me for proof of their claims? Mmpr was reaction to the problems with the mmar. Mmar abuse was widespread and it's a shame sick Canadians now have to be criminals or buy from a lp. As your you're belief that I've "misses the boat" no I understand the issues at play here fully. The only people defending the mmar diverters here on riu are themselves diverters so no big surprise they feel like they did nothing wrong. But they did in fact fuck over everyone who needs mmj.

It is not due to misuse / abuse.
The feds decided to bring in the MMPR when the numbers of patients in the MMAR increased dramatically ( and they weren't buying from their buddies at PPS ).
Nothing to do with fire hazards, mold issues, public safety, large scripts...everything to do with a quickly expanding MMAR program.

This is the truth....keep believing what you want to believe, I'm sure nothing anyone says will change your mind.

do you have any proof of this? they couldn't prove it court and they had no evidence to say that happened. i have heard about it a lot. i am MMAR and stand up for MMAR and am not a diverter...I used all the meds because that's why we got them. we can't produce due to the Feds changing the program
the Feds decided that there were problems and here we are....that's why the MMPR came in and that's why we are fighting to produce our meds and the judges recognized that by granting the injunction.
hopefully when Allard is over, then MMPR people will be allowed to produce....but will that stop people from diverting?? what will change if it is so widespread? when those same MMAR people you say sell their meds get their grows back, won't the problem still exist? i think there are people who will do anything for $$...what about the people who get compassionate pricing from LP's and sell their meds? if they get it for $5 and sell it for $10 they still make profit. even people getting for $7 and selling for $10 same scenario.

My issues are with diversion only not mmar growers/dg's who did nothing wrong. You diverted. You've admitted to shipping many times you're patients monthly srcipts every month. That is the diversion. The fact you didn't go over you're plant counts to do that means nothing. It was still diversion.

Get your facts straight. What happened to my patients meds after they got it, is/was none of my business, or yours. It's not made up its really happening thus giving Harper the ammo needed to have the balls to ram the mmpr down on us.

fact. I never grew more plants than what HC permitted, always less.
fact. I never had more cannabis in storage than what health Canada permitted 35+ kg's
fact. i never shipped more than my patients possession limit.
fact. there was nothing in the mmar that said I couldn't ship multiple times a month, just as long as it wasn't over the patients limit. Same as MMPR, you can order you max script multiple times a month.
