Thanks guys, I ended up dropping some cash on a trimming machine. So harvest will be much simpler. Collects the trim for my bubble bags even. Gotta love it ! Collapsible screen drying systems will help too.
I won't let this slow me down. Tonight I managed to mountain bike to a place down the way to water/fertilize four neglected Bubblelicious and Early Nevilles Haze. I had almost given up on them because they had problems since I put them out. They turned around and are now looking nice & budding nicely. Nothing special in the least, but there's a few ounces to be had on each I'm sure. Will be back soon, much love & respect brothers

....... but here's some shots

Kodiak Widow's

Bubblicious

Random Shots

AK 47

Mau Fresas

The Mau Fresas are so damn sexy. The one has been yellowing out from leaf spot disease, but it has totally halted and it hasn't been any worse for the wear. It's thickening up nicely with delicious purple/lavender buds six weeks into flowering. Here are some budshots, although they were to tall to get the main cola.

The Kodiak you are asking about is Kodiak Gold x Pre 98 Aloha White Widow. The Kodiak is Reefermans cut. Available at www.irievibeseeds.com I can't recommend them or this strain enough. It will be a cornerstone of my program from here on out. Just a monsterous plant. And the Bub is from Nirvana, smells delicious

Yes, there are loads of bud worms. Just not on my plants. I use Garant which is the best I have ever come across for all manner of insects that might chew/suck/bite your plants. Powders are weak since you constantly need to reapply after rains and whatnot. But Garant is a systemic pesticide safe for use on MJ that you can water in (best effective) or foliar spray on and it lasts at least a month or so. One time early on and one time at the beginning of flowering should be enough. I haven't had a single plant effected by insects this season. And unlike powders, beneficial insects are not harmed, just the ones who are out for tasting your bud. It's a lil spendy, but it lasts FOREVER since you need very little. Found on Ebay, can't recommend it enough !

Does it affect the taste of the bud? Or do you end up washing it off somehow? IDK just wondering, prolly seems like a stuoid Q, and maybe it is, I'm stoned and can't decide ;) but it just seems like if it soaks in the plant to offend the insects that bite into it than it could/might give the buds a bad taste? idk just a thought.

They will ship stateside off Ebay, no problem. There isn't any taste left behind. It's not taste that affects the insects but I forget exactly. Keep in mind that Garant is no joke, this is the real deal you want as little contact with it as possible in it's concentrated form. And keep it away from bodies of water since it also harms aquatic creatures. That being said, it's used on various food crop and for most borers and termites. It's nearly impossible to control late stage boring activity and if your plants are nearing the very finish, I would hold back on using it. But if I just noticed damage, spray and pray. Worked for me. I had four neglected girls that I was noticing lots of boring activity on every one in early budding. I applied as a soil drench and foliar. It disappeared immediately. I'm talking you only need 5-10 ml for every 10 gallons of water. It's best use as a preventative product. I have something like 50-55 girls out there and none have insect damage because I applied it early on. Here's some cut and paste work about Garant..................

Imidacloprid the active ingredient in Garant 2F is the longest lasting broad spectrum grub control product available. Both preventive and curative, It has a 10-year record of 90% efficacy on virtually every species of grub, other turf and ornamental pest insects. It even improves turf quality. Low use rate means low risk to you and other non-target organisms.

Garant is a broad-spectrum systemic insecticide that controls insects by both contact and ingestion. It can be applied as a foliar spray, soil broadcast spray, soil injection or soil drench. Garant is systemic and soil applications are taken into the roots and move upward throughout the plant. Foliar applications are absorbed into the leaves but are less effective than root absorption. The root absorption method also increases the residual effect of the product.

Garant insecticide controls both sucking and chewing insect pests. It can also be used as a drench application without specialized equipment for long term control of the same pests in landscape shrubs and trees of any height. Garant excels as a turf treatment for aphids and grubs. Garant controls Aphids, Bristly Rose Slug, Japanese Beetles, Rose Leaf Hoppers, Scale, Thrips and Whiteflies.

Make foliar applications as pests begin to build before populations become extreme. Two
applications at a 10- to 14-day interval may be required to achieve control. Scout and retreat
if needed. Thorough uniform coverage of foliage is necessary for optimal control. Addition of an
organosilicone-based spray adjuvant at a rate not to exceed the adjuvant manufacturer’s
recommended use rate may improve coverage.
Do not apply more than a total of 6.3 ounces of GARANT T&O 75 WSP Insecticide per acre
per year. Do not make more than 3 applications.
Allow 10 or more days between applications.

Wow, my area should have the first frost of the season tonight and it's only Mid September, crazy. Oh well, after this one frost, temps pick up pretty drastically, so I wouldn't even contemplate pulling a single plant. This will be more of a wake up call for them to pick up some steam. Fortress Buckthorn updates coming shortly.

wow, that seems very early. Yea, i have left plants out through alot cold spells. Been past halloween a time or two, i think to many people are scared shitless of a frost. Maybe, i just been lucky but frost has yet to kill mine. In my experience it always seemed like my buds got thicker afterwards.
