Hmm, It's not the water.
After moving into a new house.
Has this house ever been in a flood or had water build-up that had to be removed/repaired?
You do have some sort of airborne spore issue that is hard to treat. I suspect it to be a past soaking wet condition that may have gotten into the walls or some other area that's NOT easy to treat.
While it could be borne by insects. I tend to doubt it in this case.
You may have to consider a stand alone outdoor "shed" or garage to move the grow to.
Did you say you still get the problem outdoors?

Your best bet maybe to (sorry to say) move!
I agree with Dr.Pecker. You at this point, should send some samples to MSU for testing. Include soil samples. Ask them what else to and how to send the samples. You will need to explain the problem in detail.
I strongly suspect a soil borne fungus in the style of a potato blight or a pickle blight. These have airborne spores that are sown by the wind and carried by pollinators and are devastating for years. The pictures you supply show clearly it is not a viral infection.
The bad news will be that the soil in your area will most likely NOT be viable for the genus of plant your growing for years to come and possibly not at all. It is next to impossible to "cure" the type of infection you appear to have. that does not mean you can not for this one and that's part of why you need to send in those samples and find out for sure.
You might research fungal/mold infections in Hops! If hops are grown anywhere in your area it could be related. There are other cross infections from many plants that could be it too, but it's a thought.

Damn this sucks. Are there any fungicide s that can be applied to at least get a grow in. I'm at the point where we should shut down everything here and move but I didn't spend all this money buying a house. My partner wants to clean for a while and hope for the best but I can see it being a lost cause and a waste of time and money and even health dealing with the chemicals. We have hazmat suits and respirators but what is still in the air when sleeping. I'm starting to think it would be cheaper to just rent an apartment

What is still in the air is exactly the point. Many flood related molds and fungus's can be very unhealthy to humans too!
If you have had any kind of out of place chest colds or respiratory infections after moving in there,,,,MOVE asap!
I suspect some type of problem induced by a flood situation of some kind. It is odd, but not rare for soil problems to be carried indoors in most situations related to a fungal blight of the sort I mentioned.
Where as a flood can bring in all sorts of unknown beasties from areas down stream.

hard to tell from those pics grab the suspect piece and see if you can pull a chunk out easily vs an unaffected part.

Will check tomorrow thanks. My temps have always been between 62-82 degrees and rh between 30-65 so I don't think I should have any issues but I don't think it looks right but don't have previous grows to compare!

My brother set his biggest grow ever in a friends barn loft. Sealed and insulated. Similar problem. Chemicals in wood releasing killed plants. Took almost two years to figure it out. Had to abandon grow site. Had 24 lights running. Killed all plants many times. A member of UC Davis agriculture dept came and ran tests to figure it out. Good luck.

Sounds bad cannasutra I'm hoping all is good for first grow, I'm using a shower cubicle in unused bathroom so pretty much a room in a room with a window for good air circulation. Will be devastated if I have mold on first harvest

If you want to kill any living thing in the house? Get a few tanks of co2. Run the whole house full of co2 to over 5000 ppm. 12 hours is shown to kill bugs, animal, plants, molds and mildews. Most bugs in half an hour. Attic and basement. Plastic seal every opening. Figure sqft of all area and you can figure amount needed. If still there. Not mold.

Indirectly maybe, if its blowing on plants it will rob the co2. never put them in a grow room (with your plants).
