You're not foliar feeding, by accident, are you?

Only add nutrients to the root area
If spraying the foliage (for humidity)
use only PURE water (EC0.1 at the max).

This way the roots have no choice than to go search for nutrition.

I had 24 cuttings remain without roots for over 3 weeks
because I was misting the prop dome with nutrient water....
You live, you learn.
Hmm.. No. This is nonsense.

The cannabis plant is a resilient organism. It doesn't matter if you mist your foliage with coconut water, vegetable juice or nutrient water. As long as you provide the proper environmental conditions for the plant to calcify and root at the cellular/ subsurface level( easily achieved via prop domes or aerocloners), and ensure that you have a proper O2 to water ratio either in an aerocloner, peat plugs, rockwool, etc, then nothing else is relevant.
Further, nutrients are not necessary during cloning until the foliage itself just starts to show signs of depletion, or you have multiple, visible roots..Adding nutrients to the surrounding areas of the cut site only inhibits your chances at success, since your left with stagnant salts if there are no roots to uptake and utilize said nutrients. I use straight ph'd water until I have visible roots. Can't remember the last time I lost a cutting after years of taking multiple trays every few weeks

so bumps will form on the stem right? Ile do exactly what ya sayin here then after that just put them into soil right? The hps is about 2 ft away shud I keep them directly under it as they are now or raise the light away even more? Cud probably get 5ft away humidity and nothing matters ATM?
Yes you wont notice them until about 5-7 days. I never give mine direct light always side or shade lighting. I had my HPS 300w about 1 foot above canopy and clones about 1.5 foot away from the center of the tent.

I didn't know about it until someone on here told me about 5months ago. I tried because I was like it can't hurt any thing the branch that came off i was going throw away any way. Plus clone in a cup so no wasted electric or nutes. Im telling you try it with one of your bottom branches that get hardly any light.

I used to go to the chinese shop and buy a plastic basket for cutlery and turn it upside inside another container with water and a fish tank bubbler, the water should not reach the upside down basket but the water should bubble up to the basket. I added a little root stimulant to the water and then had the cuttings in phed and wet either rockwool or peat blocks and after 2-3 days under cfl lights they were fully rooted. Always worked 100% and never seemed to stress out the clones. The secret is to have a nice mix of air to water that the bubbler does, and is cheaper than buying a special cloning system from a shop.

what the hell happened to a mother plant, cuttings, clonex, pellets, a pure water foilage spray........i clone this way for years at about 98% and around 15-20 generations.....u can use a mother plant or not, just a large female from either feminized seed or another clone.....cut the bottom tops or grow tips w/e u want to say.....cut the tips of the cuttings fan leaves to concentrate on rooting alone, have a pre-soaked pellet ready, make a 45 degree cut with either scissors or some ppl even use razor blades, dip it in some Clonex, push down into the pellet (firmly, like halfway), place in bio-dome, repeat about 30 times, place bio-dome on heating mat, when u wake up spray the leaves, before u go to bed spray the leaves......after about 7 days pick up each cutting by the stalk and check for roots, u see roots.... put into soil, u dont see them gently pulll on the stalk, if it remains sturdy u probably just need to wait a little longer, wait until u see roots and voila u got 30 new little guaranteed female plants......it really is that easy
swerve we were talking last night about the rooting in a cup technique wanna bit of advice pls if u don't mind. The roots are really slowly starting to come thru in my rock wool block du think leave them in there or take them out to go into those cups that lord was on about?

If you got roots already sticking out don't mess with it.
