My disfunctional flowering room

Im still not 100% sold its a light leak causing all this, but i am pretty hard headed and usually have to learn things the hard way :(

Now im leaning towards over watering. I have a moister checker i got from home depot that i always use to determine how moist the soil is. Well, im in 15 gal pots, and ive been checking the soil more towards the pot, and not in the middle. So its pretty dry on the outsides, but very moist towards the center. I didnt water last night, two of the mosty recent plants i moved in were starting to wilt, the other two that are all messed up are still pretty moist in the center and its been about three days now.

Your pics are clear reveg light problems. You probable won see a difference until you flower some plants from the day one no leaks and Sealed room. Again once you can't see ANY light. Not even your hand in front of your face dark you may see improvement. But be patient will take awhile to get back on track.

agreed these plants are in my flower room now, Light leaks caused them not the flower 100%, instead the grew like they were in some kind of reveg state (grew like they were in veg being the nodes grew offset, and some bud grew, but not a satisfactory amount. They are filling out alot now since i stopped the light interrupting the dark cycle in the flower room. Check it out:IMG_0412.JPGIMG_0415.JPG IMG_0418.JPG IMG_0421.JPG IMG_0423.JPG IMG_0434.JPG

Push your ballasts back up to 100%, you were already at the low end of enough light for the room.

Get day temps up to 75-80, nights around 60-65. Get your humidity in the fifties or low sixties day and night.

Potassium bicarbonate for PM (I like Green Cure cuz it has a surfactant in it too), soak the shit out of the leaves with it. It's not a cure, so do it weekly.

Safer soap to control thrips, tho it's no cure, either.

Hope that helps.

Ok i bumped the ballasts back to 100%.
Im going into town tomorrow and getting some gorilla tape and more ducting and am going to literally take out any sort of leak as advised.
At this point, should i focus my attention on the newer flowering plants and just chop the reveging ones? Or would it be worth it to keep them going? I moved them into the flowering room 1-1-15, if that matters.

sorry to jump in on this thread but I've got a 5 x 5 x8 tent that I have set up inside of another room I have always run my lights during the daylight hours outside and have always made sure that the room is completely sealed from light leaks the only problem I have is some light leaks through the stitching and I took care of all of that except on the one side where the tent is up against a window. but i never worried about the window because my lights were always running during the day and off at night so during the off hours there was no light coming through that window to leak through the stitching.I have just recently switched due to temperature concerns and now my lights are running at night with this new grow and my 12 hours of darkness is from 6 a.m. till 6 p.m. while it is fully sunny outside.I've never thought to check to see if there is any light shining through the stitching coming from that window that I covered by pushing the tent up against it and the only way I can check is to enter my grow room while it is completely dark during the time there is Sun coming through that window the only problem is I would have to enter my grow room during the lights off hours and I am worried about allowing light in through the door that I am opening to get in so that I can check. if I quickly open the door step in and close the door to make sure that there is no light leaks coming from that window and then quickly open the door again and shut it right away getting out after checking is this going to do any damage?again I am worried about the light coming through the door I am opening to get in there, just to make sure it's completely dark because I am having some delay in my flowering,I'm 3 weeks into 12/12 and I'm not able to tell sex yet like I said this is the first time ever that I am running my lights at night and off during the day I've had 4 successful grows before this but during those grows I was running the light from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. and dark from 6 p.m. till 6 a.m.! I've never had to worry about any light shining through that window through the stitching before and it just dawned on me that that might be why I'm having a delay in sexing.

Just jump in that bitch. Maybe it's time to panda paper or seal the window. ??

so I should just open it really quick and jump in and then shut it quickly behind me?I can't seal the window, the window is completely covered behind the farthest corner of the tent,I built the tent into the corner permanently covering that window, its only a2x2 and a half ac window.I could tape up the stitching from the inside of the tent if there is any leakage but I'd have to dismantle the whole tent and all of my exhaust tubing and electrical wiring in order to get to that window. like I said I never worried about it because it's completely covered by the solid reflective part of the tent,I only worry about the stitching up by where the wall meets the ceiling of the tent and I've never worried about it before because first of all I thought it was completely covered second of all light only shines in through that window during the day and I used run my lights during the day and have my dark Period At night.now that I've switched the lights to running at night and off during the day for temperature purposes, I'm kind of wondering about it now. but I don't think there's any light leakage because out of 12 ladies two of them are already starting to show sex, one definite female the other I can't identify yet but theres def a preflower forming (too small to id yet tho)10 of them aren't showing yet I don't think it's a light problem, probably just this strain takes longer to show sex.I just recently switched my screen from White Widow on my previous grows to Northern Lights.I was just curious because I'd like to jump in during the day and make sure ,now that it's dawned on me since I changed my light schedule to run during the cooler evening hours I realized that light might be shining through the stitching during the daytime dark hours.never had to check before because I've had 4 other successful grows in this exact setup, only thing Ive changed this time is my strain and I am now running the lights in the evening instead of during the day now. just need to know if opening it up and jumping and sealing it up behind me for 10 minutes and then opening it up again to jump out is going to cause any substantial stress.I only need to do it just this one time to make sure I'm completely light tight.
