i've tried CFL's. they did not work for me. in MY opinion, they are stupid.

I totally agree with 90% of what you are saying. Since 2006 I have learned alot about properly growing (do NOT claim to know it all though). Before this time all my personal experiance was outside. The time with my friend..... Well he just didn't do the research.

I agree that the corners you cut with CFLs are sometimes the important ones. I am just doing a flouro grow now (Harvesting May 29) and I'm pretty satisfied. I'm expecting my one plant to give me ~1 zip. But really, this was just an experiment to see how I could do inside. My GF was totally cool with it (surprising since she has never smoked anything or been high), but she would NOT be cool with me bringing home a $300 HID system.

I don't mean to keep talking and talking but I actually have a Q for you if I can get your expertise please. I know veg is 6500k (MH) and flower is 3400K (HPS), I have actually known this since before starting this grow (wanted to look before I leaped). I used T5s and yes... CFLs, for this grow. I never switched over to a flower K temp. Do you think this will adversly effect my total outcome? The guy at the hydro store (where I bought my T5s, doesnt know what I'm growing) said that its never to late to switch over, then when I told him I'm getting all my "produce" this week he said don't worry about it then...... I know your kinda the local pro, what do you think?
