What is your soil mix?
What is your watering schedule? Do you only water when the pots are light or . . .?
How much cal-mag do you use, how often?
Do you just use strips to test pH?
The issue on your leaves seems to be mostly on the lower part of the plant and your youngest, top leaves look unaffected; is that right?
The first symptom of this virus disease is a light green coloration between the veins of young leaves. This is followed quickly by the development of a “mosaic” or mottled pattern of light and dark green areas in the leaves. These symptoms develop quickly and are more pronounced on younger leaves. Mosaic does not result in plant death, but if infection occurs early in the season, plants are stunted. Lower leaves are subjected to “mosaic burn” especially during periods of hot and dry weather. In these cases, large dead areas develop in the leaves.
Your plants are not stunted. In fact, if you are raising them as mothers, what the heck are you waiting for? You have some nice stems begging to be cut. Think of it this way. If it IS a deficiency because of your soil or pH or w/e, taking cuttings and rooting them gives you a chance to put new plants into play. If it's not TMV, you have some great mothers going.
If they are growing slowly, you may well be over-watering them.
