I would think CDs would cause uneven reflections. You might be better off with white poster board.

i started inside with cfls and then i moved outside for about a month 2 autos 1 bagseed hey this was a spur of the moment i had to move them and the weather was perfect and it was close and out of sight of anyone no one comes by to visit or anything no one lives there

I do hope those DVD's weren't pirated as they may not reflect correctly ....lol, do ensure you have enough ventilation and no frying hot spots, keep a temp gauge in there, and ensure you have a balanced kelvin say 2 cfl's at 6500k, cool white and the other 2 at 2700k ..warm white for balanced growth or suffer squat ugly babes

Yea thats kind of true just at the fact that in actuality its not a light but does create some kind of light. But i was curious then read RIU's forum and ran with it like a crack head with a 2 dollar tt.lol

Why not just get a big cfl from home depot for 12.99 and hang that sucker bare bulb with your two girls on each side? Place them next to your white wall which should reflect better than those CD's. The bulb gives off 4200 lumens which should be ok for your two plant at this stage. Just my two cents. Good luck with your grow.

Man that makes me 2cent richer... That kind will be good for them. Can you give me the description of what particular bulb so i can grab a few. Because for some reason Amazon is not satifying my search for that kind of bulb that make me say ok that one and its because of the price. Your two mites gave me more.
