That's exactly why I am so pissed that I couldn't get a clone out of her. According to everything I have read, this plant should be fail and wilt. I can usually "feel" when the plant needs watering, or needs the lights moved without actually relying on measurable information. You can call it having a green thumb I guess, but I would still like to know the scientific, quantifiable reason as to why this plant is doing so well. Has anyone else had these results with Miracle Gro's "moisture control" soil? Maybe the soil is the answer, who knows. I have never used any nutes, and the only thing I did "different" was the 24 hour lighting during veg.

I'll add some more pics as soon as the plant shows some visible growth. Lights off is in around four hours, so I'll check then.

my self i have had nothing but problems with mg, but ive only used thier stuff 2 times, both times plants ended up dying on me and only 3-4 making it out of like 10-15 plants. could have been me or some other factor but i dont know.

Your now using a cardboard box as your flowering box? I read that cardboard is a no-no because it absorbs moisture and molds or something? If I could put together a nice cheap and easy cardboard box to grow in, my life would be a lot easier.

Well I need to be pretty discreet about it, so I figure I bury a box underneath some dirty clothes and stuff. But if I could just use a cardboard box it would be a lot better than going out and finding the right size drawer or cabinet.

just stick a couple little 4 inch case fans at the top of one side and cut a few flaps at the bottom of the other too keep the humidity low and i see no reason it wont be fine.

I'm still around, and ms. 53W of CFLs and still thriving continues to live up to that name. Last time I looked, some of the buds were showing hints of purple. It gets cold in that box, especially when the lights are off, so I'm not surprised at all. Maybe I'll bag up some 20s of this bud and sell it as purple haze.

I know I promised more pics, but this thing is growing so slowly that it seems pointless to post pics more frequently than 1-2 times a week. I'll definitely be uploading pics tonight when the lights go on though, so stay tuned!

Check out the new pics! I like the way things are going, although I'm definitely gonna have to add some nutes very quickly. About how long until she's ready to harvest? I figure another week and half or so. I'm not sure it would even make sense to use nutes at this point, especially if it's chemical shit I'll have to flush in a week.

you still got a ways to go brother. thats a sativa dom plant its going to flower at the very least 9 1/2 weeks, more likley 10-12 weeks. its stll got some poundage to pack on so adding some good quality nutes like fox farms tiger bloom and some fox farms big bloom would do it wonders. and start running 2 Tbsp/gal of unsulfered molases every other watering if you arent already doing it. works wonders for building resin.

I'm gonna tell you right now, you've got a hell of a lot longer than another week and a half. Those buds could be SO much bigger! Don't cut her down yet, what a waste that would be! Honestly, you've gone this far, just go pick up some MG Bloow Booster or even MG All Purpose Plant Food! I mix them both together! It's only like 8 bucks, and steel some unsulphured molassess from you parents house or something! haha, You could haved SO much more dank brother! I'd strongly encourage you to wait till the end! I'd say you could still have 4 weeks to go.....

Yeah man i been following since the beginning, don't pluck that girl yet its got so much more to go. I wouldn't even think about when your gonna pull it till your fan leaves look like crap and are almost all gone. A finished plant should almost look sick.

Thanks again for the compliments guys! The 1 1/2 weeks was just an estimate :-P, you are all correct.. this lady got a while to go. I'll just keep posting pics and one of you will probably let me know when it's time anyway.

After considering the pics below, does the plant have long enough to go that adding nutes and molasses is still recommended? If so, I'll go pick some up ASAP. Does anyone know if any local stores carry magnifying glasses strong enough to inspect trichs?
