My White Widow and Tatanka CBD need help with light

Hi, I have my cannabis seedlings about week or two from germinating and need a little help. Until now I had them beside window, but now I think it's best time for them to get some more sunlight to not get too stretchy. So from now I will be putting them out on the sunlight throughout the day and indoor at night. But for this week the forecast is not good. About 10-15 °C throughout the day. So I thought, that it would be okay to put them under the lamp. It's normal home lamp like every other. I need to know if it's ok to keep it like that or rather put it back beside the window.
And what is the best temperature to let her go out throughout the day.

Use the light and the window together. Then think about the future of the plants and if planning on growing indoors invest in their future with proper grow equipment. Good luck!

Instead of that light, use CFL ones. You probably have them at home too

Hi guys, so I was looking around the house and found those CFLs, so I put it like that.
They have natural sunlight and even light from these bulbs. I will see if they have clamping lights in hobby shop around me, because it would be definitely easier.
One question: How many hours a day should I keep these lights on?
What do you think guys?
