You put in a notice, it is their problem and they still get a vacation.It doesn't really except that may/June is super busy for catering orders, and in this scenario, me leaving would leave two cooks to work seven days, as opposed to three cooks rotating schedule for seven days
I get it. On the one hand I wouldn't want to leave anyone hanging.
The other hand its their problem.
Just the whole no vacation thing would make me go on my way. You leaving has no bearing on vacation.
