Natural spring Creek growing?

So my grandfather about 12 years built a 2 acre pond behind the pasture at the bottom of the hill
Well we have 4 natural springs that run into it
2 run into one creek the comes in backside
1 in the side of the pond directly on the edge then another creek to right has a spring in it about 150 feet into wood but where the 2 enter a creek we have a trail the follows the first 50 yards of creek then I goes for 30tp 40 acres before anyone else’s land if I planted along the edge of the spring beds or creek bed would I even need to check on them or would the natural springs and have enough mineral and nutes The Area is called Sulphur springs cause the springs have Sulphur naturally

Weed likes to have wet/dry cycles.... Are you asking if you can plant in "marsh"?

Behind the brush to left in the pano pic where the train begins and it stops about 50 yards back but I was gonna go another 150 to 200 yards before I plant
Good idea or no?

What a slice of heaven youve got there. I would plant in a raised garden bed or a big fabric pot of organic soil and just give them water from the pond when they need it.

If you saw the garden to the right from my back window My neighbor grow with it and use a massive generator size sump pump to get it about a foot ball field back up the hill but cannabis is not friendly in the area guerilla is more the idea and best bet cause if rec then Id have a license for a field and that’s exactly what I’d do but since it’s not it has a drain at the dam it’s get stocked with a couple thousand fish and about 6000 minnows every 6 to 12 months and we feed them big strike farm feed so plenty of nutes you think I could do drain to waste it comes out a 2in pvc into creek at bottom

Not exactly sure what you are asking. If its not legal where your at, i wouldnt bother with it. Not worth the risk.

I'd clear an area off in the woods for sun and hump buckets of water in. Don't risk getting caught or ripped just due to lazyness! If trying to avoid tending to your crop regularly for stealth purposes, I'd either learn your neighbors's schedules and work around that, or only water at night using a tactical red-light to see where you're walking.

No neighbors aren’t too too much of issue it’s all family and no one else burns but I still do t want it in the open if the neighbors kid comes fishing or something the same is 12 deep of water and other side is about 20 to 30 feet downhill and the drains down there except not very visible unless looking for it so I was just wondering if I cut 2 55 gallon in half so I’d have 4 I’d just step level each one so it drains from pond in to first then second then third then fourth then just back into creek

Now both container have two bungcaps that water hose can screw into so I’m just gonna have it drain into base of plant at each one maybe just do three and fill the first one with pure gravel to filter anything big out so it’s just water or any better ideas

What a beautiful place! As said above dont be lazy about it. You tell me theres 40 acres theres plenty of space to make a perfect grow. Take some time to plot out what is safest. Really fertile land that won't flood is key imo.

Thank you I’m lucky to be around this land it is about a quarter mile from the lake my only issue is gonna be the white-tailed deer around here some morning and later in the evenings we can se groups 3 to 8 deer at a time but is it true that deer won’t eat the buds just leaves most of time? Or is that just during flower like they might eat whole plant in veg?
And some of the land is really dry and full of roots from all the pine trees

Im sure you will get great answers how to deal with the deer. I think they will eat it all if they find it.

Someone said it needs a wet dry cycle so what if he just planted a little farther from the creek where the water table would be a bit lower? In nature plants can get water from underground so why is this any different?

Good point, and I've wondered this very topic.. where is the optimal location (hydrogeographically) relative to a stream or spring for super-dank wild plants, care-free for an entire outdoor grow cycle?

Yeah if conditions are perfect, this could work out. I would still at least dig a hole and fill it with nutrient rich, well draining soil. If the dirt around the pond is all shit, sand/clay or whatever, any nutrients from the pond will be lost, filtered out long before they reach the pond.
