Only way to know how much stretch you'll get 100% is running from a clone you've already had experience with. Game plan should be to build a budding site for each 4x4ish grid point of canopy to intend to grow.

Ideally you'd have an even canopy then flip and your growth would be relatively the same height when then end.

Some of them I've already let grow too high to tuck again so I hope it's not necessary. They have thick branches, and after being just 5 inches above the board, I'm not able to bend them enough or else they'd snap.
They're a week into flowering today so they shouldnt stretch that much more

It's awesome, but frustrating at the same time, all of the lighting technology available. Trying to pick out good lights, while also getting the most our of your money will drive anyone insane lol.
I wouldn't really call myself experienced, so I'm still learning about everything else, and trying to learn the details about all of these different lighting systems gets pretty overwhelming haha.
I've got a couple "throw a seed in a pot and watch it grow" grows under my belt, but this last one and my current are the only that I've actually invested money and lots of research. Things are coming along nicely, but I'm struggling a little with space, and cant decide when to stop tucking my branches under because I'm not exactly sure how muxh more their going to stretch, ya know?
Your lights are fine, u don't need anymore.
Watt consumption is watt consumption, meaning that if u have a 300 watt fixture, it will consume 300 watts of energy.
Now lumens per watt is another matter.
You will have more efficient LED's (COB's) that produce more lumens per watt, but your ok with your fixtures.
Don't sweat it, save your money by not getting another light and buy your girl a nice Xmas present.
Good luck and Happy Holidays :)

Don't be afraid of the snapping, if they do, just bring them back up and Duct tape them.
They will be fine.
Oh, and a week into flowering?
Expect rapid upward growth for at least 2 more weeks.
Once they start to bloom, expect 3X the height you start with.
I have 5 week veg plants that I started to bloom last week and they have already increased by 5" in a week.
These plants were 18" at beginning of bloom, and they will finish at 4'-5' (60/40 Indica/Sativa), so be prepared (LST/HST)

Luckily I have no girl to spend money on so a may throw just one more light in about halfway through flowering. I'm not too concerned about it at the moments though considering they're doing fine.
And oh man, I hope they dont grow too much taller. Just this first week they've grown a ton.
The tallest tops are sticking above the scrog board about 4-6 inches. I'm hoping to have them all between 8-12in at the end.
I've never done any sort of supercropping or other techniques that require a lot of stress, and it honestly makes me too nervous to try. I'm terrified of a hermie popping up.
That's something I'll have to try next time when I have more space and plants.
I'm sure I'd any get too tall I can just tie em to the scrog board to lower em a couple inches.
(Here they are this morning. Close to 80 tops) lots more just below the canopy about to make their through.

The plant on the right keeps going through this thing where every couple of days itll droop a bit for a couple of hours and then it's right back to normal. It's weird.
Usually watering days. Droop starts an hour or two before I water, and before I go to bed their normal

Maybe its psychic.
It knows it time for water so it "begs" for water, like your dog does when you open the bag of treats up. And it doesnt stop until later in the day cause its all like "mannn dat sum good shit. How bout a couple more drops water boy?"
And then I don't give her, her way so she pouts until she gets over it.
