Okay here's my situation. I can describe more about how I ended up here if you want, but it's not really relevant to my question. So I have 4 feminized northern lights plants that are 5 weeks old and 2 grow 'spaces'. I started out with one grow space for the 4, but realized they'd probably kill each other off soon because it is about 2'x2' and didn't have the heart to kill any of them.
So currently I have grow space number 1: plywood box painted flat white, 2x2x4 with air intake and exhaust using CFLs. 2 plants with 4 55W CFLs and 2 42W. All 'daylight.'
This space is 'indoor/outdoor' such that it does not get natural light but it is pretty subject to the outdoor climate.
Grow space number 2: 2'3"x2'3"x5'3" inside. Using a 400W LED, with perfect climate control.
My original plan, and probably what I'll do in seasons other than winter, was to use the cfl spot for vegging and then flower under the more powerful LED.
SO, I got the LED/tent/etc just recently. And since I already had 4 going I wasn't sure what I was going to do so I decided to bring 2 to the tent and start the flower pretty soon. Then I'd veg and keep training the other 2 until these were done flowering, and get a much better yield on the second 2, plus I'd have one round of flowering under my belt. Now I'm worried that the temps in veg room will be too low by the time it's time there is space open in the flower tent, even if I do lights on at night when temps are lowest. So I feel like in a way I'm going to end up with fuck-all by flowering the first 2 too early just to create space and when they are done producing their 3g a piece, my 2 giants will be dead.
Advice on how to proceed?
