how much bigger can he go with the pots if its already in 8gal?

thanks for the info natmoon but, this morning i decided to take to easy way out and chop it down make some hash. on the bright side it frees up space in my flowering room. ALLOT of space because as natmoon said large plants are impractical, so since discovering this (about 3 months ago when i had to buy a net) i keep my plants small. lesson learned on that. but if ne one can give me advice on hashmaking it would be great. i would like to do it without a bag kit or ne thing so if neone has ne ideas on cheap hashmaking methods.

My favorite hash is oil extraction mixed into a fine stiff paste with dried powdered buds,there are loads of ways to make hash it really depends what sort you want to make and what grade.
My favorite kind is easy to make using ethanol and a moulinex.
Buzz the weedy bits just a lil it in a food mixer,and i mean just a lil bit a couple of quick buzzes,then chuck it all into your ethenol and leave it for about 1 hour,then strain the ethanol though a coffee filter preferably to get rid of all the bits then put the resulting juice some where nice and warm to evaporate when you come back in a day or so it will be oil left only.
Now buzz up 4 times more weight in bud(nostalksorcrappyleaves)bud than you have oil,and i mean buzz it up till its like powder and mix it up with your oil youll need a sharp knife to do this well just keep chopping at it and pressing it and chopping etc. until its flat as a pancake and nice and evenly mixed.
Once its ready you can cut it into really thin slices or just roll it into lil worms and put it in a rizla or wateva you like to smoke.

This is just what i like there are many kinds and i rarely waste any weed on oil extraction,is lush but costly to my small setup and small amount that i have

I had assumed that that was an error as they werent 8 gallon pots in the pics,and there was not 32 litres of soil in those pots,unless im greatly mistaken and the camera made them look small,but they did not look wide enough to be 8 gallon containers to me,also the way the bud has formed suggests root binding

no there are no pics of the container that the big one was in. it was just a white 8gal bucket with wholes in the bottom. the pics ur talkin about are of another plant.

Was it root bound out of interest or was i wrong?

Flush them and give it a few weeks

8 gallon is a big as it should get. use more nutes if the buds dont suffice id also get more 40 watt cfls. good luck dude.

Anyone else have any ideas.
I dunno about the oil extraction thing,i did hear something about people who use very gentle simmering in full fat milk and apparantly the oil comes to the surface,but i know nothing about this except for a rumour so youll have to check it out

i might try and put this "rumor" to the test. also i was thinking about ur oil extraction method and theoreticly i use everclear instead of ethenol?
