Need help identifying pest

Agree that’s a fungus gnat, get some “mosquito bits” toss them in to soak for a bit with your next few waterings and they will be gone.

also dont over water or plant in too big of a pot for the plant so soil doesn’t stay soggy

Copy that I appreciate the help unfortunately I grow hydroponic, ebb and flow, so I'm going to have to find a way to apply with my system. Thanks

Use the Bt-i liquid drops in your reservoir once a week, yellow stickies to catch rouge flyers.
Start at a higher dosage rate, every 5 days till population crashes, then stick to label rate for IPM going forward.

Fungus gnat. What you need is to keep Bacillus thuringiensis alive in your soil or coco. This can be found in microbial products like Great White and many more. You can also get a product like Mosiquto Bits which is just BT.
