Hmmm.. What is your nutrient regime?
I did nutes just 2 times after they were like week old and i use house and garden )i do photos with house and garden but i did 3/4 of what i give to photos)and i was planning to use nutes every watering but in small amount of water

You have a little to big pot for the size of plant running coir. You're treating them like soil grown plants while you need to treat them like hydro grown plants. Raise them off the floor so you can collect runoff and get better aeration.

Water and feed to 20% runoff daily and never let the medium dry out. You can let the pots get lighter but the surface should always stay wet running coir. That's your main problem. Water practice, frequency and technique.

pH to 6.0 and check runoff pH and EC to get a good idea how much the plants eat between feedings/waterings.

It all make sense but medium was constantly wet )its 3 gal pots and i tried once autos long time ago and transplating was not good idea at all!And even with my photos i tried to water every day with run off they and dropped and started to yellow then i changed to water every other day and it worked perfect for many grows!People say you cant overwater in coco but its not true!

You're running way to big pots for coir, suffocating the roots. I think you need to forget all you know about Autos? Other than that it's all about climate and probably to high light intensity if you're just starting out with LED's? My plants are in 32oz cups at that size , Auto's or not doesn't matter.

Coco is supposed to stay saturated.........never let it dry.
Feed daily to run off once the roots are established.
Never, ever give plain water.
Not surprising that your issue got worse after you flushed with plain water.

I use leds but i dimmed them on 25 % from start and they were far away from tops)

So your suggestion after nutrient burn to load them more with nutes?it sounds bit weird

You're not loading them with nutes, you're replenishing the medium. Coir is a pretty strong leachate medium meaning it will draw and store certain minerals. In coir you need to buffer with Calcium because of the natural high amount of potassium(K) in coir, it also leaches Magnesium. That's why you buffer coir with Calcium and Magnesium solution 24h before use.

When you water/feed you remove some of that buffer that constantly need to be replaced to keep pH and nutrient strength stable. Feeding only water is therefore a recipe for disaster in coir.
