In the first picture, the leaves are dark green and "clawing" at the tips. Yes this can indicate high nitrogen however it will often resolve itself. Have patience. Especially with a soil grow. The plants will often adjust by themselves.
The pictures of the nodes on your plant are showing calyx growth. Congratulations, it's a girl!
Not sure what you mean about the folded leaves. If it is new growth, this may just be the leaves unfolding. If it is what is sometimetimes referred to as "tacoing" or "canoeing", it may mean that your lights are too close and causing heat stress at the top of the plant.
Not sure about the damaged leaf picture. Could just be damage from handling or it could be a real issue. I'm sure there are other members here that can give better guidance on that.
