Need help with plant.

I don't cut all the top fan leaves unless they are blocking there light from the lower buds but that depends largely on you light setup some lights like my Q board LEDs seam to penetrate better but I due cut the lower ones and lollypop my girls so the will yeild better but every body does things alittle different it's all a matter of trial and error or success... They look good just have patience man and don't cut too much at first or you might shock them I've found out that it's like LST it trains then that they are gonna get they're hair trimmed from time to time Lol...

O add one tip I've learned about watering because I don't water till runoff is if your girls are alittle droopy when you water/feed then they perk up after a few hours check them again after about 10 hours in the light if they are starting to drop again hit then with alittle more water,, I water mine twice a day I'm going through about a gallon and a half every third feeding at twice a day on 3 plants that are fixing to go into flower, some of the more experienced growers on here told me what to look for like I have you and it was straight up and mine took off like a rocket...

I went back and looked at your picks again,, I'm not an real experienced grower like some on here but it looks like to me you have a slight light deffiency they look to me like they need a little better spectrum of light to work with, again I'm no expert just saying from the leaves cupping up slightly tells me they need more light and not a closer light... I know your working with what you have, I was there also I lowered my lights thinking it would help and the leaves started to curl down so I bit the bullet and bought the Q boards and damn what a different it made... Hope this helps man!!!

Removing fan leaves - and how many to remove - is a matter of much discussion on this and similar forums. There is abundant evidence that removing at least some of the lower growth forces the plant to focus its resources on top growth or flowering. This is the equivalent of pruning in the rest of the horticultural world.

How much to remove is a matter of personal preference and growing style. My personal preference is to remove lower fan leaves and keep the top two sets of fan leaves for each flowering top. I'm sure you'll see a lot of other recommendations.

For a first grow, I would recommend you learn basic lighting, watering, feeding and pest reduction before attempting more advanced techniques. Many will disagree with me but, until you can adequately control those four, other techniques are likely to do more harm than good. If your plants are healthy, go for it. If your plants are struggling, get them healthy first.

I would grab those on the bottom as well..lol..Who are they feeding at the bottom? 1 big one on each stem is nice trimming..

I fed Peters 20/20/20 through Veg at half strength, then In flower I change to Peters 10/30/20 at half strength for 3 weeks then move up to 3/4 strength I run a 0 Nuit soil mix so it only had why I put in it... I havent fed them yet, and i dont wanna mess that up with feeding, i dont know which nutrient bottle is good and i dont know how much i need to give, only things i have done is giving water, fresh air sometimes, and light.

Looking good! Keep doing what you're doing.

Yes, they are flowering. You'll see the flowers enlarge and begin to form into buds or colas over the next few weeks.
