Your plants look very healthy so far as I can see and appears to still be in the pre-flowering stage. Based upon the quick glance I gave it and the one close-up pic you provided I would say that it's well on its way to being a healthy female. Some more pictures of a close-up view would be helpful, but yes, so far so good!

its a female def, but not quite at flowering point yet. give it another week or so and update with new pics to check the status.

move the light away from it some. plants will ALWAYS grow towards the light source. dont move it to the other side of the room but back it up a couple feet. the light will be more evenly distributed and the plant wont burn. by having the light right next to the plant you risk creating hot spots and reduce your potential yield. also rotate the plant 1/4 turn every two days to ensure a higher yield. hope this was helpful. let me know how it goes

I tend to disagree superman. To the best of my knowledge, florescent light degrades after a very short distance. With floros you want them to be a couple inches away from the plant. They don't produce much heat at all so they are a lot less likely to burn the leaves. Moving the light farther away will cause the plant to stretch, which isn't a good thing.

Nice work man, what kind of room is it in? you should have tipped it early, or even take a portion of the head for a cutting, just what i 'd do =P
Also the closer the light the better not further away! you don't want stretch, this happens normally when switched to 12/12.
