I have know idea but obviously there’s material that’s not from Rogan . Tell me your satisfactory source for facts about it and I’ll see if I can look it up.Rogan isn’t my choice either, so I looked into.

I don’t watch or listen to Rogan more than catching a ufc card so if you play the whole vid maybe I can hear what exact one he’s referring to because there’s like 4 a yr discovered on average for the last 30 yrs but this one, no fn way not possible fn Rogan mentioned it lmfao

You can find anything you want online to satisfy your confirmation bias, but if you can't find the scientific name, I call bullshit on some new kind of ape and will tend to believe the other information out there laughing at the actor turned MMA announcer turned propaganda pusher.

I already looked for it on google scholar, and there was jack shit btw.

I’m in agreement. My point is it’s pretty closed minded to discredit based on who’s saying it without zero research of your own.There was a time when a panda was Bigfoot until some dick shot one. What I’m reading is they are still researching them ,it’s a true story , the discovery,in essence but not confirmed new or sub. Bullshit is just boring to me I prefer to be optimistic about positive stories like discovering new primates. As far as finding any proof, answer etc your looking for I agree as well. Problem is nobody agrees on a source.

She has a PhD on the subject so I’m sure she’s done more research than meathead Joe Rogan. Yet, the meathead was discrediting her and wouldn’t let her speak.

Joe Rogan is an asshole and anyone who listens to him is an asshole too.

It was the aggressive nature of JR's rhetoric that was directed at a caller who had the temerity to disagree that raised my hackles. A PhD in primatology is not something to disregard. Rogan made it out as if the PhD disqualified her opinion. So that's what 100 million dollars buys you. An aggressive know-nothing who can't shut the fuck up and listen to a different opinion.

Isn't that the defense we keep hearing from the anti-science crowd? Their grievance revolves around being tuned out and shut down. Well, when the misinformation is killing people, it should be given a short leash. But really, yelling at somebody who called in to provide their informed view that this theory of a new giant ape species being found in "deepest Africa" is bogus? Rogan's outburst was a histrionic cry for everybody to switch away from his shit podcast.

It's all about selling shit to idiots, Rogan reflects his audience and feeds them what he figures they wanna hear. Truth and integrity have nothing to do with it, ratings do and the kind of person who listens to that crap generally doesn't know their ass from a hole in the ground.

I don't think this is going to end well for Spotify. Rogan can go on and claim Rush Limbaugh's spot as right wing media meat thrower to fascist jackals. Plenty of hay to be made there.
