Gorgeous NW day today … blazing sunshine … the mountains are shimmering in their snow jackets …
Just stacked a half cord of wood.
Now it’s time for a glass of excellent Bordeaux and America’s Test Kitchen.
They’re making challah and rugelach.

It is a beautiful day isn't it? I'm drinking a Laurelwood Workhorse IPA but that wine sure looks good.

There's different flavors in the hot sauces. I love most of them; Tabasco, Crystal, Yucateca (many different flavors) Valentina, it all depends on what you're complementing with the sauce.
agreed. the only one that i still don't like is the Srichiraha (sp?). that was a craze for a bit. never really did it for me.

and to your point: buffalo wings? frank's red hot. and melted butter.
