Bud looks awesome color wise but you can tell it's a little fluffy. Maybe it will smoke better after 5-7 days in a jar. If it lasts that long.
On a side note, I would wait to start the clones on flower until you give them at least one good topping. Honestly they're a lil weird, the single & 3 bladed leaves are throwin me off. Bushier at the bottom, definitely gonna want to lst them man...

i wanna keep the 2 bulbs in the veg box, but i really do wanna get a few more bulbs in the flower box, like some side lighting. hoping for the good seeds, no word yet?? thinking about the bag seeds again, just hope i dont get the molly seeds again. the clones will go in the flower box in a couple days, but still veg a bit longer. and sorry gumball, no pics of 1-1 yet, ill get out there soon tho.
yeah, there real fluffy, guess its just the strain. the 1 bud is in the jar, i'll leave it there a week and check it out this friday. the rest will get cut on wednesday morning, when the lights go out tonight, thats it and its 36 hours of dark. the clones were from molly about 2 1/2 weeks into flowering. they each had little flowers on top and i cut them off once they rooted. that gave me 2 tops on each already. ive seen others ask about the funky leaves, so it must happen to others??? at least it worked and i did it, pretty cool. still wanna get some good seeds and if could clone them, i'd be set, LoL.Bud looks awesome color wise but you can tell it's a little fluffy. Usually when a plant gives off single or 3 bladed leaves it means it's not getting everything it needs, the more blades on your leaves the more vigorous the plant is. It's just showing the stage of growth where it was trying to root more than likely. It's probably not a big deal, the plant is obviously healthy & spitting out new growth. You just want to make sure you have enough mature bud sites with 5,7,9 or even 11 blade fan leaves on them since those will produce more dense healthy nugs than the sites with the single or 3 bladed leaves.

yeah, im gonna put them in but im just not that thrill about them, i mean im happy i did the clone thing, just not will what molly turn out to be and a pain to take care of. man i wish it would have been 2-1. with the clones, im gonna have the shit i dont really want. the pink looked so good at first, may have been something i did, i dont know, but i dont want more of her, LoL. shes like the hot blond you pick up at the bar that night, but when you wake up in the morning its like, oh god, what did i do? LoL. i dont know??
that would be cool, but the stalk on her is like a poolstick and only 16" tall, so no lst'n on her, LoL. remember, i topped her 3 times and this all i got.

its day 90 and now im really confused, 2 of molly's main buds have a lot of new growth with new white hairs coming out but all the leaves are dead, dam i'll be glad when shes done. 2-1 as you can see in the pic didnt have any branches but those 2 with a nice bud on each one and lots of others on the stalk, no branches, they just grew right of the stalk??? there was nothing to take for cloning.
the clones look great at day 36 but as i said, there from molly and i really dont want them, the pink was a big let down. it might get better with some curing so thats why i havent giving up on the clones yet. if i decide not to finish the clones for the next grow and dont get the good seeds, its back to the box o seeds and hope i dont pick molly seeds again. i think molly was the tiger stripe seeds?
the box has like 5 or 6 different types of bag seeds i save from buds i got here and there. man another new bean would be nice, that was some pretty good stuff. it would take like 35 days to germ and grow them enough to see the sex, so im kinda stumped right now as to what to do.

shes probably a sativa, you will be much happier letting her go a while longer. i know you have a plan, but plants dont always follow a plan.

looks good! i think u might have to harvest in sections to let the others fill out more...the reason as to y all the fan leaves are dead at this point is becuase it wasnt ready it needs nutes so it took it from what fans leaves are left t0 take from

thanks man, thats what i was thinking, if i get 2-1 out here in the next couple days, i can cut molly down in stages. there is no more to fill out, its close to the end and it started way before i stopped nutes and started flushing. it does have me thinking about the schultz fert i got, it all started about that time. i might have used too much???

ok, so i cut a few buds from 2-1, they weighed 7.1 right off the plant and are drying. im gonna put them in a jar and cure them for a week, well thats the plan, i will try not to smoke them yet. you can see where i cut them off at, they are right at the main stalk with just a short stem. im gonna cut the main top off in the next couple days and trim the rest of the lower buds off tomorrow. i might just try to reveg this thing once i get it all cut down, will be cool to try it. if can get it to reveg, then maybe i could get a couple clones from her.

day 91, so i cut 2-1 down, when i looked today, there were mostly amber thichs, this happened real fast like within a couple days so i guess she was ready. i didnt weigh it, its all drying and will go in jars for a week or so. i will get a final weight on all the buds from her then. 2-1 had a small rootball so i guess thats why she didnt get that big. R.I.P. 2-1.
molly is all alone in the box now so i can do the 36 hours of dark before i cut her down whenever she is ready. a couple more flushings and she should be done. the trichs are mostly cloudy/milky on her right now. the clones are looking good and still putting out new growth everyday. i cleaned the box out some of all the dead leaves and dirt.

well its day 92 and now molly is gone, R.I.P. molly, but she will live on through the clones. i will just keep this thread going for these 2 girls since there from molly. all the buds are either drying or curing right now in the mutipurpose veg/clone/drying box. the big bud in the middle is the top from 2-1 and the rest are from molly.
the clones are 38 days old today and in the flowering box now and i reset the timer for 18/6 to try an get them a little bigger. no word on the seeds so i guess i have to keep these girls going for now. i still have mixed feelings about finishing these girls, i hope the bud gets better with the curing. i did read up some on sativas and heres a little bit from that.
This term indicates the period during which the plant is at its optimum state of ripeness. The window opens when the plant is first ripe. Somewhere along the line the plant becomes over-ripe which signifies the closing of the window of harvest.
For most Indicas grown indoors, the window of harvest is about two weeks long give or take a couple of days for various strains. Indoors, if going directly from an 18/6 hour vegetative light cycle to a 12/12 hour bud cycle, most indicas take about eight weeks to fully mature.
As to outdoors I can only speak from experience at the 45th parallel and the bloom times there. At the 45th parallel I've found most Indicas to be at peak harvest starting at the beginning of October, sometimes very late September, and running until the end of October, sometimes running into November during mild years or in a greenhouse. My favorite time to harvest a nice Blueberry Indica outdoors is in the second to third week of October.
For Sativa grown either indoors or outdoors, the window may be open much longer. Some Sativas take up to thirteen weeks to mature indoors. Outdoors many will go well into November and even December, if conditions are right (again, this is near or at the 45th parallel). Head High or Body Stone?
An important consideration has to do with one's preference for a head high or more of a body high. A good head high can positively influence one's mental state much like a psychedelic; whereas a good body high is more similar to a narcotic effect. Generally, head highs tend to be more up and body highs tend to be more down. Suffice it to say that a good healthy mix of the two is a fine goal to achieve.
Sativas and early window harvests tend to be more of a head high, whereas Indicas and late window harvests tend to be more of a body high. Given this rule of thumb you can pretty much come up with what you want. That is, if you prefer a very psychedelic head high, then an early harvested Sativa might do best.
If a very narcotic body high is desired, then a late harvest indicas would probably do best. For that best-of-both worlds high, experimentation with late harvested sativas and early-to-mid harvested indicas usually proves interesting.
