You transplanted again? You need to stop transplanting!
I know they are growing slowly. This is the hardest time for any grower.
They look currently healthy to me, do not fertilize yet. Also, it is too early to LST.
You should be putting light on it, the 6500k spectrum, the blue one, if you can. CFL's usually don't burn a plant unless they are touching it.
They will grow at least 8 leaves before you need to fertilize them. You might be able to slightly earlier than that, but most soils are set with nutrients for a month.
It's best to make a choice and stick to it when it comes to your lighting. If you can afford to go purely artificial light, I would just stop worrying about getting them sunlight and set a nice schedule for them and let them show you what they have to offer.

thanks for your advice advice Gidget, yes I transplanted coz I realized the pot I used were really big and decreasing Lm's per sq ft, I transplanted there in first place because those were to be the final size pot, about a little under a gallon each , but now transplanted back to smaller size coz the plants werent growing that fast and i figured it would be better and more practical to have them in those small ones for a while,
about the lights, I know they wont burn them but what about the high temperature ? I mention in the previous page that they are indeed 6500k and a total of 120w for about 8600 Lumens

the more u transplant the slower they grow. as long as temps dont go over 85F your good 76 is ideal. with only 120w u shudnt have n e heat issues. u can get those like 2 in from the plant just blow a fan over them. stay high

a problem has risen, today I noticed these two yellow brown spot (I beleive necrosis as the area has flattened ) what is this ??!
now 6 hours later the spots have increased in size and there is a larger area around looking ready to follow, theyre in a good soil on day 14 so i dont think thats a nutes thing

no its called universal potting soils, 4 plants, 2 seem to have the problem, it is still propagating, I repotted the most hurt one, which isnt growing anymores, the other one is still growing and isnt spreading as fast,
so far I was told it was a phosphorus problem
,then magnesium problem
,then Boron deficiency
then Ph problem
then it was heat stress
then it was water droplets problem
then that it is a pest infestation
now talks revolve around it being over nutrition problem due to hot soil............

i think its just from leaving water on the leaves..i have a few of those spots on mine and they are only on the lover leaves tht get splashed ..idk bro maybe itll grow outta it soon. good luck

atleast i hope its only water dopplets or i got the same problem lol mine go away ina week. thts why i think its only from hot spots it heals

here a little update.
those were taken yesterday, the one that was slightly suffering is at the top, its doing much better after i transplanted it to a less richer soil and cut the two bad leaves. but it doesnt prove anything coz the other 3 didnt get those spots.
i'm at day 24, they are growing slowly , still under 5 24 wcfls,
would an hps actually boost the speed from seedling stage to harvest ? I read it in Cervantes' book it actually slightly extends it but ends up yielding more anyone can confirm ? time is an issue.
