New Heatsink Concept

Didn't we see these in September? Or Feb 2015? Glacial Light make a shit ton of cool stuff but it seems so hard to find. Maybe GG should become a distributor for them ?

I would be willing to buy these if you can source them. Pre-drilled would be nice but I could do it myself if necessary. Anodized would also be nice, but also not absolutely necessary

anodized heatsinks perform significantly better than their non-anodized counterparts.

Mmmmmaybe but really that whole system is about the mounts and if you really think about it you could knock out a few of those at Home Depot but if you got the scratch and no time, why not buy the Glacials. I like them for a big room, stadium lighting especially.

And that also allows a builder to use graphite based TIM which means you don't have to worry about any mess, (no icing! :)), or reapplying your paste though I'm assuming no one's lost a COB due to old thermal paste drying up so for the DIY crew I guess it's not that much of a plus.
