1 until they're in bloom probably, I use a similar tower fan in one of my tents. 2 tends to give me wind burn, I found that 2 fans in opposite corners has always given me great circulation and kept my ladies happy.

Also if you're not properly ph'ing your water youre going to run into some issues there too. I would also suggest the ph pen first and ppm pen second. You won't need the ppm pen until you start feeding it heavy in flower anyways really.
 
As long as its not blowing your plants around too much you should be fine. It might be hard to find a happy medium with that fan and recirculated air to all the plants... it's not the end of the world.

Your rig looks good. I'm with Gumdrawp, you soil should be enough to get You into flower, then the fun begins..
 
This advice ^^^^is fine. I like to move enough air just to russel the leaves a little so the atmosphere around the plant doesn't get stagnant. But too much will cause the soil to dry on top while leaving the soil deeper in the pot moist. This will cause the soil to be void of oxygen.

In the future transplant into moist soil so the will to have to seek out the moisture resulting in a more rapid root growth.

I ordered the ph and ppm pens. Hopefully this week they will come

Handy to double check against your meter in case you think something is fishy. Be sure that it's calibrated properly too, sometimes your local hydro shops will do it for free if you're even a semi regular customer.

I think they look just fine. The "new stuff" looks good. Its much easier to see and diagnose issues with a white light. If you can send us pictures without the grow light on it would help. Try no grow light, with a flash.

If your plant is super stressed you'll see a lot of irregular growth, smooth edges, 1-3 leaf growths twisted leaves, stuff like that. Basically when your plant doesn't look like weed anymore it's telling you to stop killing it.

And even if you put cal mag in the dirt doesn't mean the plant can absorb it, that's why properly ph'd water is important. Outside of a small range plants can't absorb certain nutrients, in dirt you want to aim around 6.3-6.8 for the best uptake. Hydro is like 5.3-5.8 I believe. So if your soil ph is off it may not be able to pick it up. New growth looks pretty good though so I think you're close enough. Sometimes clawing doesnt go away from leaves if the stress was bad enough too. 1 of my girls even after treating repeatedly for root aphids still hasn't bounced back, but that's probably because the roots are pretty fucked and it's already in bloom

I have a plant that is trying to get over Nitrogen toxicity. Leaves are clawing and cupped. Unfortunately, I'm in the same boat as Gumdrawp. It happened in flower so the consensus is the plant is a loss. It's in a DWC system so I'm just gonna to finish it. If i pulled it i would have a ton of dead roots in my system till the other 3 plants finish. This may not apply to you directly, but it is a learning experience. Think of all this as a learning experience. Keep notes, read up, do all you can, but if you lose one dont take it hard, just learn from it and put that knowledge into the next round
 
That's rough. How far into flower? Are you sure you can't use those stress hormone supressors or something like that? Luckily I never gave toxicity to any of mine near the end of the stretch I stunted a few of their growths for sure though.

I did totally herm the fuck out of my crop once, had some issues with...well myself being drunk as fuck in the garden, but anyways the guy at the grow shop recommended an additive to me I can't remember the name but I think it was something acid. Cost an arm and a leg but it was also before mmj came around here. Saved my crop, had a few seeds here and there still but when we started trimming there were unexploded bananas everywhere. Not really sure how it worked, but it did. Maybe your hydro guys have something similar, it's at least worth a trip to ask.
 
Yeah, I'm not sure how it will end up. I've only got 3-4 weeks left so it won't be good. Was it Humic or Fulvic acid? Stuff works killer. I use it all the time, but I found the General Hydroponic version called Diamond Nectar is dog shit compared to Bioag Ful-power. It unlocks locked up nutrients, and makes it easier for the plants to grab what they need. The other three plants aren't exactly crankin, but if they bulk up The last couple weeks o should be ok. I also have one in soil, and it's Rollin.

No it wasn't humic or fulvic acid it was like ascibic or something, I tried to Google for it but didn't find it. There are some sprays for hermies that work but mine was a liquid feed. I could have just gotten lucky and paid like 200 bucks for 8 oz of snake oil I guess. The way he explained it to me it sent some hormone up the plant that blocks the stress hormones and suppresses the hermie traits/male hormones.

Didn't see anything about leeching out nitrogen anywhere though. Have you tried foliar feeding? Dont know if getting more of the other nutrients might help her limp along. Not sure if it would work either but the leaves might be able to absorb what the roots. You'd have to ask someone who knows more about it than me though.

I was just reading about gaberllic acid (spelling). It's super spendy too. $60 for 10 grams. Thinking about trying it. Works wonders on seeds I guess. I'm not gonna pull my hair over this plant. I knew it was a little touchy when it comes to nute strength, i tried to get a hold of Barneys farm to see if i could grow the two together but they never replied back.

My ph is 6.5. Just started to add calimagic yesterday.
 
Looks good. Like Gumdrawp was saying Calcium doesnt really get going till the Ph is around 6.2. There are a ton of graphs out there if you look up nutrient availability according to Ph you'll see what we are talking about. So the only other thing I can recommend is to let your Ph move around a little. Ph target for me is 5.8, and i can automate my system to be at 5.8 forever, but it's best to allow your Ph to move around a little. Basically anywhere between 5.5 and 6.5.

Im doing soil shouldnt it be 6.0-7.0?
