New multi strain grow and new flower room with 2x600's, and a 400 in the veg tent

Bout time I start a new journal so here goes. I recently moved and I have a spare 12x12 room so rather than framing out I decided to make a 5x8 flower room out of a few 2x4's, 1x1's and a roll of panda film. I made it against a corner of the room and I must say it turned out pretty good. I have wood floors and I did not anchor the base at all. The room is tight and when I turned on the filtration system it sucked in the walls so i had to cut in so inlets of course.

I already had a 4x4 tent so I set that up as my veg room. I have a decent closet so I use that for cloning. My perfect house now.

I will have 18 plants in flower pretty much all the time. They will be in 3 gal pots. Using FF nutes.

Current strains which I have been growing from clones now for a year are Durbin Poison, White Widow, Ice and AK 48 all from Nirvanna.

New strains are Super Lemon Haze, Hollands Hope, Sour Cream, Royal Haze, Vanilla Kush and Lemon Skunk. All these originated from the Attitude.

I have a small house and I was concerned about the noise from my can fans so I made boxes to house the fans in and suspended them with a bungi cord. The first in my tent was still loud so I wrapped it in R 13 and used insulated ducting. For the second box in the flower room I lined the box on the inside with R-13 and again used insulated ducting just around the box. They are now whisper quite. The exhaust is vented into the atttic. Anybody that wants to quiet their filtration system, this is the way to go.

I have 8 ft of height in my flower room so i am going to let the new round veg to at least 3 ft. I always super crop and train my girls and have 6 to more nice tops.

Currently I only have 7 plants in the flower room and I decided to try something different. I have a 600 and a 400 hps and I set them up very close together and hung them at an angle as to distribute more light. I like to keep my lights close to the tops because when I do, I have beer can size tops. When I move in all 18 plants from the veg tent I will take the 400 out and put the 600 in. Hell, I might even keep the 400 making total wattage 1600 in a 5x8 room. We will see.
