New veg light, what to do?

Small LED lights don't have the 4x5 footprint as good as the T5s.
I went from 270w led to the T5 and like it better.
But I do understand about wanting to try new things.

I use 1 fixture with 2 bulbs for a 3x4 tent.
I have a second but never needed it to veg.
Flowering I have 50watt per Sq ft in a 3x3

To answer your 1st post, LED full spectrum are great for veg.
I don't believe there is one better suited for veg.
Make sure ones you are looking at has a good ppfd footprint, not just hot in the middle and weak at 2ft from center.

Look into the decent LED bar lights that fit a 4x4 or 5x5 footprint. For example, a Medic Grow Fold-8 as a less expensive solution, or a Mars Hydro FC-6500.

Check Maxisun and Elevated Lighting, several smaller lights can be better and more versatile. Hang em close to each other and they act the same as a bigger light. HLG too but everyone knows them.

I got my girls in a 3x3x6 ½. I'm only running a 1200w blue(veg)+red(bloom)+both for full spectrum. It's sitting about 28"-32" away how y'all think should fair out?

What led light will be the best for a 4x5 veg room.

I was thinking about the lumatek 465w?

But what to hear if there is a led Designed for veg
You don't need 465 watts. I light a 3'x7' veg area with two 150w lamps, about 75 par watts each. If you don't need full strength across the whole area you could plan for a 4x4 area and use the side light for rooted cuttings, seedlings, etc.
