Sorry for my ignorance, but what is a " bull nose"
Im just wondering if it had something to do with the sheetrock.
Im trying to do some finishing and was thinking maybe it was the metal stuff you use for edging

Ive got my 8 bulb HO T5 fixture, with 2x2700k bulbs, and 6x6700k bulbs. The temps do get high with the door closed when all 8 bulbs are on. So if I have to shut the door I turn half of them off. I have 98 little ones that I cloned from the Mr. Nice mom. When I was cloning them I noticed a couple of the tops had started to bud, not sure why, but I got it from a friend and I dont know what he had done with it. Im hoping for a 50/50 ratio when it comes to rooting, more would be great, but they are flowering.

thanks. the only thing i wish I had done differently is that I built the closet big enough for a 4'x4' tray. The room is 1" too small....bummer.

I cleaned the res out and filled it up using Humboldt Nutrients 3 part Grow/Micro/Bloom. I also added 8 oz. of clonex solution to the clones, both spray and through the rock wool. The Mr.Nice mom is doing good, I will leave more clones on each limb next time.

I got 4 more clones today, 2 Grape Ice and 2 Grape Romulan. Im going to have to start using the top shelf for cloning because the bottom is cramped with 4x4 rockwool. I think im going to do 2'x4' tables instead. I cant fit a 4'x4' table, but if one 2'x4' is next to yet above the other i can fit 16 sq ft of growing space.

7 days after cutting

The roots are popping out. Im sure Im going to have more then 50 rooters. I used Hormex as the root inhibtor, and clonex as the solution. My temps were between 72-90 F, and the humidity was between 25-45 %. Im liking what im seeing.

Im heading out to pick up some more rockwwool cubes, and the wood to make the support for the two tables. Im going to use one table (the higher one) for the fresh clones, and the lower one tray for the taller established plants.

My local hydro stores are out of/dont carry 3x3x3 inch rockwool. Ive got a case coming in on tuesday, but these little ones are rooting like crazy. The new setup is awesome, my friend had two tables with the edges cut off already. So now ive got two 2x4 tables. I have to move the light all the way up now, but the plants are thriving.

Looking real good there SS. Is the tray still sturdy with the edges cut off? I am having a problem finding a tray for my flowering room and the one size that would fit nicely would have to have the edges cut off. Let me know man and keep up the nice work

yeah they are still sturdy, but if you dropped one then I could see it cracking easier. These tables have "been around" and still work fine. Ive got 16 more rockwool cubes ready for the little ones. I dont know why I thought cloning was so hard.

Its not ready for the prom, but I wouldnt kick this room out of bed. I have two 8 bulb T5 fixtures, and 1 4 bulb "cloning" light. I might switch the cloning light with the other 8 bulb, when I start cloning at max capacity. I want to have 3 propagation trays going. I obviously wont be using all the clones for myself, so my friends out here can have some clones. Im not sure which strains will be staying in the room as moms, but I know the Strawberry Cream is going to get the boot, this plant is just not cutting it. If its a picky/slow strain then I dont want it in my rotation. Im going for 8-9 week strains that share nutes well. Im stoked on the room now, but this is only the beginning.

All the little ones are in rockwool now. I had 16 of them that were too small or dieing. So thats 82 keepers, way more than I thought I would have.
