Hermies aren't always due to genetics.
So many factors at play.
Any plant can hermie, if the stress level is high enough

I got hermies from some of his autos & "early skunk" reg
I know but only his genetics hermied.
Seems like his genetics are hit or miss. Well I'm not ordering from them again.

Once again, any strain can hermie. I've had expensive packs all hermie due to excessive feeding or environment issues. Once we can accept responsibility for the results, the faster we can move on and figure out how not to repeat the same mistake.
Just my opinion and generally speaking, but if you aren't running a grow facility I doubt the environment is perfect. Shit with my experience I still have tons of issues. Learning never ends in this field. It's easier to bash a breeder rather than take responsibility for the end results.

Oh I love how people are until they experience mites and hermies. Their tune changes and the lesson is learned. Until a grower experiences trouble, that grower still has a lot to learn IMO nobody's safe from hermies or bugs

I bought GDP recently from him. They arrived in reasonable time. Bought 10 seeds and tried to germ 5. 3 cracked, one I had to force by cracking the shell. Out of the 4 above ground 2 look sickly. I wouldn't think that with an old established strain there would be problems. Can't tell you about whether they hermied since I am not there yet. the 'bonus' seeds were stuff from some star wars fantasy and I wouldn't try cracking them.

I had good luck with him but in this business folks get lazy or sell out. Paul was good to me I'd normally recommend him. It will need to flower before you can detect herm. If they're feminized you got free fem seeds. I've had many that only seeded a small amount on lower branches.
To further my story I have now written to NewGuy twice. He never answered the first complaint and I anticipate he won't answer the one I sent today.
All in all, I have done much better with trades on Strainly than buying from NewGuy. What I think I should have done is buy from an old reliable seed seller I have dealt with over the years. They always pop, and grow in the time frame to finish that they put right in their display ad. As a reference at the same time I started seeds of two other strains that are now about 12 inches and getting ready to flip. The biggest GDP is have, started at the same time is almost 5 inches tall. The other set of 5 seeds I popped only 1 came up and it has had the seed cover on it for four days. Not encouraging.
At this point I would encourage anyone to stay AWAY FROM NEWGUY. TOTAL BUNK!!!!
