I noticed different 1s say diff ph levels. What ph did you find works best for you?
I wonder if I could set buckets in 1 of my f&d trays and set pump to flood at diff times just above drain hole. That way it would keep nutes in buckets refreshed, or do you think it would be worth the effort?

isn't it fully hydro? perlite and vermiculite is inert. it is a passive system though. I ph at 5.8 , some like a bit higher with hempy

yea same PH as hydro, 5,6-6 every thing that is soilless actually, the soil works like a buffer (if the soil have the right PH too start with)

I usually vary my ph from veg to flower, and just trying to get a baseline to start with on the hempy.

I'm sure you don't have to have much runoff I just water them 2 litres or whatever the res size is and they take from that over 2-3 days. Then you can flush with plain ph water at regular intervall

yea read a few places that it works to up your PH a bit for flowering
so I also try to keep it around 5,6 to 5,8 in veg/early flowering and up it to 6ish in the end

Simple enough, I was thinking of maybe doing in tray and flood like once a day.
Do you have any issues with the temp of water in bucket?

hey ass hole yeah you ass hole. I have 4 different rooms . and a dwc system would not work in any of them. would be impossible to change water or to use water in 3 rooms. and now its so much more easy. so ill have to buy 3 more dehumidifiers . and 3 more ac systems. . and now if you have a lot of plants good luck supporting them . ( your a total dick head ) I would put my grow soil grow vs your dwc system any time for quality and smoke ability. if you new what the fuck you talking about an you don't because your just an as hole. you would know soil grows taste better then dwc . every body this guy that posted , im fucking his wife because he cant get his dick hard and its very small his wife told me .

I keep my 5 gal buclets on flood tables and just flood w water when needed. I just plug in a plug and it does the work for me. Simple sweet and easy thats what I like

I got one of them famous ( yall aint gonna believe this shit stories).. I am DAV, ok. I see a therapist weeky.. this last Friday,, he told me he does indoor DWC, veggies,, bout fell out the chair with the noise in my head and the questions,, so I on here reading and shit, no shit real story
