It's no more difficult than any of the other jobs out there which are paying minimum wage. Why not taake off the pads and play like men? oh wait, it would hurt too much :lol:

Someone's employment rights has nothing todo with how easily their job can be filled... gunshot to the head = dead, you don't get to carry on next season :D But sure, if you want to justify their wages, please do. I guess you don't mind about big bankers being paid all of your tax dolars under the pretence of bailout either? Every story i hear states that they're not easily replaceable so as a result this therefore justifies their pay right?

And they own it, they get to make the choice of how much money is spent where and when, not the employee. could you imagine a company where the employees ahve control over cash flow and not the boss :lol: that would be entertaining.

i do not even know what you are talking about anymore..when fox or cbs or nbs or espn pay tens of billions of dollars to film you working so they can broadcast to millions of households to watch you work then make that comparison. nobody gives a damn about watching miners or military or any other bad example you are attempting to compare nfl players to.

What is everyone arguing about now? Players make too much money? Quit yer bitchin ya jealous haters, just because you don't get paid tons of money to play a sport and do what you love, doesnt mean they don't deserve the paychecks theyre getting. They are the best at what they do, they are part of the one of the most viewed and most profitable enterprises around. No one else can do what they do as good as they do it. Football generates lots of money and the players are the main source that brings home the bacon so it's only fair that they get a fair share of the pie.

That's ridiculous...i doubt the players make their wives wear their jerseys. I'd chalk that one up to prideful wives wanting to support their husbands. I'm sure they are the ones who decide that's what they wear to the games.

I cant take you serious anyways.

what i meant is most the players aren't worth their own weight in poo and the wives are figuratively sent out to play on the field in the place of seasoned professional players.

the lions d line is insane.I think in the next 2 years they'll be a legit playoff contender

The eagles 2nd round pick was alright,wasn't to exciting but im glad hes a local guy from temple and he can hit hard and tackle.We needed that so if asante cant make the pick this guy can come and take there head off.I expect him to be a starter over coleman next year and mikell will probably be gone.

I agree, Calvin Johnson is insane himself, but Suh and fairley, they will tear apart O lines, and the eagles 1st round pick was a offensive-lineman BC, thought that was pretty sweet seeing as im from Canada haha and he was the only canadian drafted i think.

i like the pick, but the packers are still the team to beat in the division, and i think the lions have surpassed my bears now, they did beat them week 1 last year and got fucked by the refs

No doubt looked like a catch to me Sorry to be hating on your Bears but I just cant help but hate Cutler. I am a huge Tennessee Volunteer fan and Cutlers only real win in college came against UT in my own opinion, plus being married to a natural born cheesehead for ten yrs doesnt help. But I really like Greg Olsen

I think the Packers have a good chance of repeating because of all the injuries we had last year, our starting RB, TE, MLB, SS, and others. I am a Packer fan but I still legit think that. We could have a dynasty going right now if you think of it. Most of our players are still young. And all we really need was a RB and we drafted a good one in Alex Green.

i dont know about youz guys but im "holding out" this season... i say fuck the nfl owners...its not like im a season ticket holder that will never buy tickets again, but i just find too much greed in what the owners where trying to do so fuck em, ill do gardeneing on sundays

the eagles will knock you guys out this year.We were just a couple missed field goals that should of been made from it.
