Used to be able to buy large bags of fine tobacco from the local cigarette factory (my grandad designed their first machine that made a filtered cigarette). It was basically a big arse bag filled with what is usually inside cigarettes, also lots of broken ciggies too (I would dig them out of the bag when I was a kid (smoked for 29 years). It was used against snails etc.
