From my experience PH is the problem most of the time.
I had similair plant problems and the PH in that plant was close to 6.2 PH. My healthy plant was 6.8 PH.
Remember that adding fert/nutes can cause saltt build up over time which will lower your PH.

Where did you measure 6.8? From the runoff?
I'm not sure if I need to raise, lower, or do nothing to my water. It reads at maybe 7.5 out of the faucet, which is obviously too alkaline, but after I let it sit for a couple days, and after nutrients were added, the pH fell to about 6.5, maybe even a bit lower.

Those were soil readings. Runnoff tended to be lower towards the 6.0 PH. I flushed my plant with baasically tap water like you did. I am going to flush it again with some distilled water that I got from wal-mart for 88 cents a gallon. Then recheck the soil PH and run off and go from there.

Well I drilled holes all over the pot that contains the claw leaf plant, on the sides and bottom. Maybe the big pots are just holding moisture too much, because it does seem moist in every hole I feel, even though its been 3 days since watering. I also pointed the fan at the base of the plants to increase evaporation, and I turned the heater back on to reduce humidity. Lets see if that helps.
I'll make sure to balance the pH of the next watering, and feed them only basic nutes because she could have a slight N toxicity I think(?).

What do you guys think, are they on schedule?

They look a bit small, to me, for their 4th week. Hopefully once the pH and water schedule is ironed out, they will plump up big time.

I put two dry-z-air canisters in their to reduce humidity. Anybody ever use these?

Them buds should dense up so tight man while growing that it is very hard to squeeze them.
I just got done with my AI, was good stuff and I have a huge mother plant. but recently ordered some Swiss Cheese and 3 of them have came up.

it sounds to me like the grow you mentioned that went wrong on the first pg. WAsmoker is, not a good cure, alot of times if you get a really fruity bud thats fluffy with all kinds of red hairs is either it was picked early because the hairs didnt retreat back into the calyx yet, or bad cure time.

That's what I had alright, really hairy and fruity weed.
I might have harvested early, because I didn't look at the trich color. I went off of red hairs and the normal harvest time (8 weeks). In retrospect, that was foolish.
The cure probably didn't help either. I hung it up for a couple days, but it was in my musky basement. Than I just stuck it in a jar for a week or two.

I plan on doing both of those processes differently this time round.

Mine aren't toooo smelly, but than again I have no comparison. My basement has a slight weedy aroma, but there isn't really a strong smell unless you put your nose to them.
It's interesting that you chose AI to grow outside. I had my last seed sprouted, and I was about to put it outside this spring, to see how an AI could fare in western wa's climate, but I accidentally killed it. :sad:

What climate are those in? They look pretty nice considering AI's are more of an indoor-indica from what I understand.

I've grown a couple batches of Aurora, prolific yield and it will knock you down, a little too couch lock for my tastes but with a standard 4 week veg/10 week flower, I'd pull 3 oz off a plant no problem.
