Nothing I've said to you had roots in bro science, and neither has most of what others have said to you. I am all about doing actual scientific reading about botany. It's a huge part of how I have learned more on the functions of these plants. I've tried to share solid horticultural techniques and principles with you as have others, and all you've done is act like a child and scream about how everyone's idiots and no one but you knows how to grow.
Really its pretty sad you can't act less socially retarded, because you do grow some nice plants(even if it took you a year and a half). If you actually listened to experienced advice that correlates with science you would be that much farther along.

i theory yes. In botany no. Defoliating in botanical information Is stripping all leaves. In a dictionary it means removing leaves.
can you grow weed? Obviously Yes.
even in horticultural magazines they talk about pruning and training to make the most of your light source.
have you ever grown tomatoes? Do you pinch out the new growth to stop any more trusses From developing? Similar principle.
Tomatoes are pruned to remove new trusses so that the trusses you do have reach Maturity and ripeness.
very similar for weed under artificial lighting.
no point having 100 fruits per plant if only 50% of those fruits are juicy and sweet and the other can’t even be made into chutney.
that make any sense?
Some of the pics you have shown I’m sorry but look like they are struggling with humidity and heat (curled up serration edges and weird shaped single blade leaves) would it still get to finish. Yes.
what we are trying to do is help you to get a better quality product at the end of the flowering cycle once it’s completely finished and ripe.

One thing I will say how many bottles of shit do you have to mix for one feed?
At most I use 4 bottles. Grow A Grow B Ca and Mg.
