~No Time for a Journal?~Update Here~Any Size or Skill Level!~

Time for an update. Today was a busy day, ran all over town, then to the laundry mat, then back home to transplant the ladies into bigger pots, the lack of growth that soon after 12/12 made me suspect that they were rootbound. No fear, 11"x11" to the rescue!
The little seedlings shot up in a vigorous stretch and bush, as well did the tomato clone. This makes me very happy. Lots of weed and lots of tomatoes.

Dude, that weed looks well grown! I bet it was that green from start to finish! Did you take it out of the SCroG? Is that one plant? That 400w is working wonders!

Was my first grow, messed it up a few times along the way but it was pretty good.

Dude, my first looked a hell of a lot worse than that, and I clipped it waaaaay too early. props for the dope first grow, the pictures you got were great!.

its only two weeks into flower still 6 to go. hoping about 8 ounces off of it as a safe estimate but hopefully more. there is basically 4 plants in 3 gallon cloth smart pots. vegged normally for a month then lst'ed over pretty close to the base. then just threw the screen on it. ill see if i can find some earlier pics. u get in the swing of things bro as u grow more. thing tend to be healthy all the time. also sticking with one nutrient lineup is key. to much mixing and matching throws most people off. a good nutrient company should have at least a 6 part kit. a nice micro, grow, bloom, bloom booster, amino and every now and then u get the grow and bloom sprays. i also like to use beneficial bacteria to help with root health also a bigger pot generally means bigger yields. a good root system is key. also i use dynagrows kln which is a nice rooting concentrate during the first few weeks of veg to make them roots bangin.

also there was a little spot in the middle that wasnt filling so i threw a one gallon plastic pot in the middle between the others just to fill in the center. its the middle 4 or 5 tops.

in this game practice makes perfect. u just have to be willing to do some homework and studying.

oh and thats just the mini screen. i have a bigger 3x7 ft screen vegging now in the house. gonna be nice.

oh and for u newbies. more nutrients isnt always translated into better bud or bigger yields. less is more sometimes. people over due it with nutes sometimes and wonder why the plant is stunted and isnt as big as competitors plants are.

Whats poppin RIU, here is my current grow. Please share any love that you have for the growing process... it consumes me....2 more weeks to go....

How many totals days have you been flowering? Looks like you may have a bit more than 2 weeks left to me. :weed:

You're damn right. I've seen good plants die thanks to overzealous newbies.

Shoot dude, I think proper nutrient balance s the key. plants can do a lot of things that seem detrimental but are just undergoing very necessary processes.

Soooo, I haven't had an update in a while. I've been busy.
I've done a lot, I moved some of the seedlings outside because they were males. now they are in the ground. I might turn the veg room into a rape room so I can have cross seeds so that I have cross strain seeds forever madness.

I was raising the lights in the veg room, and I broke them. I cleaned them up, and fuckballs wouldn't you know it, I broke another one. It's all good, CFLs are cheap and I had some extras. now I'm out. sad day.

I had to raise the lights in the flower room because they were getting so tall. I tied down the plant that had the largest space between nodes because it was getting too tall and the light would miss a lot of the bud sites.

The reservoir has proven to be a valuable addition to the process, it allows me to alternate between fertilizers and dosages over an effective amount of time. If I use too much nutes, I can just pour it on the tomatoes and marigolds outside, and then they will be happier.

Just put my babies into 12/12 today, keeping them under the MH for 1-2 weeks and then popping in the HPS bulb. :weed:
