I just gotta say, having the resources of RIU to draw from is enormously helpful. The idea that we have a place like this to share concerns and bounce ideas off each other is revolutionary. I never knew growers before I started to grow for myself, and I still don't know many outside of RIU, but being able to look here and become inspired for whatever reason is imperative. Thanks RIU, and thanks to everyone who make this place great. Now let's help each other grow the dankey dank!!
 
New pictures. Shes still growing and making progress. Not much else going on. In a few days I will "Make it Rain" again on her. Few days after that I feed her bloom nutes. I just sit now and watch her grow.

A smell update for you CHIEF. So far she has continued to remain very neutral in smell. Still has that piney scent that is easily overcome by other odors.

i can already see you are going to have tons of bud sites they're well on their way Arch Keep up the good work bro ...Do you still LSt in flower ? Im attempting to do some LST on my clones i took off my girls, is this how you do it ? I dont even know if im doing it right lol

hell yeah arch, shes looking great man, when those buds get a little bigger, you'll get a lot more smell, believe me, LoL. good job man!!

I am still doing slight adjustments on height as she continues to grow but not much. The only thing I would do differently on your LST is take her a little farther out to the edge of the pot before you start training her around it. This will give you a much larger circle to work with as she grows. Hopefully she will fill the whole circle by the time you start her on flowering and then she can grow vertically including all of the bud site withing the circle. You could end up with a wreath of weed..lol.

i'm no CD, but i'd say you are DEFINITELY into flowering, man! i can even see the trichs on some of those pics (like #2)... plant is looking beautiful.
 
Thanks homer...appreciate the confirmation! Damnnn..so maybe there is something to be said about 24 hours of darkness before flipping to a 12/12 light cycle. This girl flowered in just over two weeks. Maybe its strain specific. I have seen a few other grows that are past mine that havent seen any bud development. Im sure that vegging longer has something to do with it also. I didnt want to say anything, but that flash did catch what I saw trick development..lol. Im stoked. This girl is going to get a 36 hour dark period before i harvest as well. I want her wet and sticky before I harvest her.
 
like homer said, thats flowering bro, LoL. that one pic does look like a lot of frost on there. looks to me that once those things turn into big colas, youre gonna need some stakes to hold them up and thats a good thing, LoL.

kush, looks like you did a good job, remember, the whole point of it is to get bigger buds out of what would be small to medium buds futher down the stem and to give them the same light you give your main colas on top. heres a pic of the ultimate lst job, its small, but you get the idea.

I have a roll of the twist tie stuff that I use for tying down to the bucket but I do not like the thought of wrapping something around my stems and tying it bc what happens when the stem grows fatter?! It's restricted by whats tied around it. I personally like to promote bigger growth, not stunt it! Thats why I use paper clips for actually hooking the branch I want to tie down. I get the kind with a rubber coating so the surface of the clips are soft and I make the loop at the end of the paper clip plenty big enough to accomadate any future growth of that branch. I then tie a piece of the twisty tie stuff to the other end of the paper clip and pull it down and tie it to a screw I've placed in the bucket. But thats just how I do it. There are a million ways to do this but I would def pick one that doesn't involve completely wrapping something tight around the branch.
 
Oh Man, she is looking so good. You can see all the future colas growing, I know that's exciting. I so glad the odor is still neutral. I want to grow this strain, once the Blue Mystics are done. I working on my odor control now so I can grow any strain and not have to worry about the smell:) You can see how fast your baby is growing, keep making it rain!!! How long does the NLs flower for?

lookin great man... sorry this is the first time i have stopped by, but hell yeah man... who would have known that a year or so ago when people were doubting my first micro grow (although it didnt harvest alot, it was one of the first plants documented on here to be grown in a box as small as she was grown in...), this whole micro revolution would have been born... and a year later it has been much improved upon... to me, its simply amazin... know what i mean?

Yeah..the ties that I am using just bend into little hooks that go around the branches. You can make them fairly large. They are plastic coated and easy..

Yeah CHIEF shes going to be a nice one if I can keep it up..lol. I am definitely making it rain. That is simplicity in action there! NL's flower for 7-9 weeks. I am thinking that the dark period gave her a pretty good jump start for flowering. I have anywhere from 6-8 weeks left. That plus curing put me at late March early April before smoke.
