I read on a strain review that madman was la con and og but ur prolly right. Lot of people don't know what they are talking about.

I saw the pics with the perlite. But sometimes a problem is the perlite will be too coarse and the condesation from the wet soil will make it a nice enviroment, which is why i said try sand because they can get through that.

i could be wrong ... cause their are 3 different kinds of madman going around.....
probly wqould be easy to tell depending on its stretch and structure... should be bomb either way ...

The perlite I got is very fine (I crushed it up also, biggest piece is probably 1/8 in) but not as fine as sand of course. I just read to many down sides to using sand but next time around maybe il try sand.

Those lil baby buds I trimmed of the other day should hopefully be dry enough today to get a taste sample.

This is there 5th week. Didn't grow much for a week though cuz I had some issues but they're doing better now. Hope they swell up a lot more in the next few weeks

Here's a cell phone pics of one of the energy sucker nugs I pulled of the ladies a few days ago. I think this is the blackberry og. I mixed it all together but it was the biggest one out of them all if remember correctly. Its very dense. Haven't smoked tried this nug yet cuz its still a lil wet but I tried some of otthers and it actually gave me a pretty good high. Very heavy indica high, really wasn't expecting much cuz its still so early but all I can say is wow.

Might have to prune a lil more if I run outa smoke haha!

Yea, is this your first grow? i like to take samples of new indica strains i try at 7,8,8.5, and 9 weeks to see where the best harvest point FOR ME is. i like my trichs cloudy with not too much amber. i feel like the kush i mainly grow are already knockout enouch, any more amber and i'd be glued...to something.

Your plants look nice and healthy, how is the taste on the Blackberry? Those others in week five look like they are about to start swelling up on you.

Oh, how nice it must be to get clones so easily. Still a pain in the ass here in Oregon, unless you personally know a couple good growers.

Yo T, what lady is in your AV?

No this isn't my first grow but this is my first personal grow. I have a been growing with a big collective for over 2 years now, my buddy that started the collective has a degree in chemistry so I've picked up lots of things from him . This is my first time growing these strains thought. Yea I completely agree with you on the trichomes. I am more of a sativa guy so im prolly do try to chop em lil early either 50/50 or 40/60 or maybe ill let the bottom half go all the way amber so I got both of best worlds.

Our collective crops will be done a in a few weeks also so ill have some sativa to smoke also. We have sour diesel and purple rkle going under 12k hps right now. Got a lil under 8 lbs of 4000k last harvest so were doing mostly SD this run and only 2k erkle. I have also grown green crack, trainwreck and this crossed strain hybrid I forgot the name. The strains in my closet r platinum bubba, san fernando valley og, pre 98 Bubba (origina bubba), blackberry og and the other 2 minis r either madman og or sfv (forgot to label). Everything in the closet is on week 5 also, all the same age except the minis.

The clones I got were from a dispensary but I was lucky enough to get to meet the actual grower and got to see his op in person so I knew the clones were real. He's got moms of the PBK, SFV og and Pre98 so I can get more soon. But yeah its def gotten a lot easier then it has before.



I just a took a rip of the PBK for my first hit of the day and its a very strong indica high already. as for the taste on the blackberry, I honestly didn't taste a difference between any of em. I did quick dry em in the same paper bag tho and not really cured so im sure when dried correctly and cured it will bring it out the flavor.

I also pruned off some more lil guys that I missed yesterday and a couple actual marble sized nugs that just had too thin of stems. Im sure ill be able to get more taste out these because there's a actually some bud on these.

Ok so I just cleaned out my bong and sampled the rest of the blackberry and I did notice a big taste difference. It has a much more sweet taste then the platinum bubba and smoother also.

I truly cant believe how strong the high is for only 5 weeks. I smoke all day everyday and always grade A meds so it not like I got a low tolerance. Now I really can't wait to harvest. I most likely will end up harvesting the top halfs first and letting the bottom half go for an extra week.

So my gfs finally gettin her DSLR (fancy) camera today so very good pictures coming soon...

Ok so Monday marks WEEK 6!

Took a bunch of pics. Uploading as I type this. Gonna take a few bong hits of the SFV OG n Diesel Dream (sour d x blue dream) n post the pics.

The DSLR camera my gf got ended up being fucked up (damn best buy!). Went to return it and they didn't have anyy any more in stock. Anyways so I took some witth my cell phone. Some came out suprisengly good with the macro setting.

Just get a camera for a hundred bucks....
Theres some new ones on the market.... just look for a high mpx....and a supper mac one ...
I know samsung and cannon both have one for 100....
It really helps to see things that your eyes cant...
And very valuble tool in growing... even if u dont share the pics....

No camera phone i ever seen had more than 8 mgpxl... even the new iphones...
