I talked to a member of the Manhatten Project and a Japanese language historian.

The Manhatten Project member said he was there personally, Truman told off the scientists saying, "I don't want to show the fucking Japs a test. I don't care if they will surrender. They want to do a bombing, I'll show them a real bombing." The guy was crying like a baby telling me the story. He was ashamed of helping develop the bomb.

The language historian told me the emperor told Truman he humbly surrendered after the first bomb, but Truman took it as an insult and being mocked. Since you can translate honorific humble language from the emperor as mocking, since he never uses it. A honorable man would have found out if the surrender was sincere before doing a second bomb. Truman only cared about revenge.

Truman was a stupid piece of shit haberdasher. He was our worst president and a mass murderer.

Hearsay, but I'll accept your premise.

I wouldn't feel bad about developing it. The Germans were developing it.

I'd feel more bad about people like Louis Slotin.

Hindsight is perfect. What if the bomb we demonstrated did not go off?

There are so many variables that to say with certainty how a possible alternate outcome would have unfolded is just pure speculation.

That's not the point. Did you read fender's link? Truman was all about revenge. The Japanese wanted to surrender but keep the Emperor. The US wanted nothing but unconditional surrender. In the end, after killing 200,000 more on top of the other millions, we decided to let them keep the Emperor as political strategy. Point is Truman didn't try. He attempted no negotiations. He wanted to be Dirty Harry. I don't see you as much of a liberal, why are you defending the stupid haberdasher who was put into the oval office as a mafia bet?

Look at the Euro. It was designed to bring countries together politically and economically to prevent future wars and it is in the process of tearing itself apart due to different levels of social welfare and debt between countries.

Theres more to this world then most of us believe. There are actually extremly wicked people alive today who believe they are descendants of once mighty Kings. They believe they have a divine right to rule and they and their forefathers have been planning on this for many decades if not centuries.

They will not usher in a grand new age of enlightenment. They bring death & destruction to all. Read the Georgia Guidestones to learn what they have planned for all the useless eaters. Does anyone really think our politicians are smart enough to be part of such a huge conspiracy? 98.734% of politicians are so dumb its a miracle they manage to get out of bed in the morning.
