ron paul cannot change anything. The congress and senate are owned, both republicans and democrats. It's easy to abuse the system to stop anything they dont like, all it takes is ONE person. republicans did it often obamas first 2 years. All rp being elected will result in 4 yrs of government shutdown for sure. NO thanks.

I think Bush programs and wars represent 75% of our current debt. The last time we had a surplus was under Clinton.

government would shutdown unless ron paul abandons his ideals. He's voted against every budget and appropriation bill the 26 yrs he's worked for the government because of spending on medicaid/medicare/ a bunch of others. do you think the congress and senate would pass something like that? it would be political suicide. ron paul already said he has no problems with govenment shutdowns.
Obama is doing his best, the republicans really screwed him those first 2 years and then lied saying they would be all about jobs. The economy is improving and unemployment is going down. He's also made some mistakes and done things i disagree with. however compromise is an essential part of governing.
