I decided to top my WW a couple weeks ago. This morning I tied down (LST) the two main branches to open the plant up to more interior light. I am hoping this will encourage the next lower nodes to grow up and give me 4 main colas on the plant. I only have nine days left before she goes into flower. I will post pics up this weekend. All the plants look so funny grown in these little cups. My wife wants me to just veg my entry and clone it as these are the best looking genetics I have seen from my FEM WW beans. Nine days left to decide if I will pull my entry and replace it with a Red Baron clone. So many decisions......

Yea I wouldn't blame you LT, btw thats exactly how I've been growing my kandy kush "current grow." I actually topped it twice and then lst'd it to open up and wow this thing is exploding!!!
Anyway, my little sprouts are looking very healthy and I think they will grow nice and quick, hopefully lol..
For those with 12/12 from seed experience, how long does it usually take on average to show sex? I really hope I can come close at least to harvest by the time this is over...

I love all the pictures. I went down to look at my entry this morning and the next nodes down from where I had topped have already grown into their position - horizontally even with the tops I tied down. How could such a young pretty thing be called a widow? Pictures over the weekend.On another note, I have to water her once a day now as I am growing hempy style and after 24 hours it feels like there is nothing in the party cup but air.

Here are updated pics. I topped using Uncle Ben's topping method. Only 6 days to decide if this is my entry in which case I will put it in the flowering space on Fri, 10-29-10. This will give me exactly 8 weeks of flowering by the deadline of 12-24-10. I am on the fence as far as enter this or keep it for a mom. It is by far the nicest WW Seedling I have gotten from my beans. The other option will be to take one of my Red Baron clones and throw it into a party cup for the contest. The strain is Dutch Passion FEM White Widow.

well im pretty excited to say that i got my med referal today and sending the paperwork and the hundred in tomorrow cant wait to get my card =) also i just picked up a 250 metal halide light ballast in trade for my ds and a few games very excited as i will be excluded from the party cup competetion because i will be transplanting for a little better flowering purposes but will keep u guys updated,,, ooo and i germed my strawberry haze and amnesia lemon yesturday and are in cups tonight =)

Your right on time brotha, shit I have 3 seedlings that I was hoping to enter but I doubt they will finish in time.. I'm still going to post up pics of the progress though!!
Basically from my understanding the competition ends at the end of december so as long as you can harvest by then..
I'm flowering with a 250 Mh and cfl's, seems like its working very well so far!! Come take a look at the kandykush link in my sig! Congrats on the light and card!! I actually transplanted my first PC girl for the same reason and the other 2 ended up male so I was screwed lol..
