Its a really good OG plant . Reserva Privada hit this one out of the park. I rarely smoke it its so strong. I only smoke the OG#18 when I'm gonna nap or go to bed its good stuff definitely makes up for the low yield. Love this strain and would recommend to anyone to try it if you get the chance.

the reserva pervada I grew was like 3 ft out of the potter... yeilded 3.6 oz...lemony goodnees...the clone didnt root

a 9 out of 10 for potency for sure .... so good i bought 2 more fem packs from the tude...

poped 1 pack of 5 all germed got 2 tall bitches (sativa phenos) and 3 shorter ones (indica phenos) they all just startin to flower... same veg time for all 4 weeks

All the clones from these girls already have roots

I currently have a scrog greenthumb og and they are definetely saliva Dom. I wondering why all other og's I've grown(18, cvk) are indica Dom? Also it smells more like slh?

Cali Connections has the best in my opinion Cant get enough but i did just get my hands on 2 cuts of Jupitor Og and 2 cuts of Earth Og and 1 cut of Skywalker Og so im pertty happy right now but CC the best!

i did all three caliconnec larry og,blackwater drgreen og kush, rp og og18. rp won hands down the others didnt come close dr green had a nice yield but not fuely at all really his chem 4 is though cali connec let me down thought is was gonna be better it was last place in the room

Have never grown Dr. GT genetics, so i cant speak on that, but have done the OG 18 From RP as well as CC's Sour OG, Deadhead, OGiesel, ad others. With the 18 only had a germ rate of 1/6, however the 1 was FIRE! the yield is average but the high and smell and taste more than make up for it. completely took over the room, had to add another filter. Downsides with #18 pretty descent stretch and the mite love her, so be diligent! Been rocking various cali conn. for little over a year now and they are def my favorite gear to rock right now. found multiple keepers all with above average yields tastes and highs! Also little to no nanners on either the RP or CC

Shhh. . .don't tell anyone, but

I wasn't too impressed with Dr. Greenthumb last time I smoked it, in comparison to Cali Connection and Reserva Privada.
Reserva Privada takes the cake over Cali Connection. More of the strains are stronger than Cali Conn's strains, sorry to say.
One of the best Cali Connection strains is Corleone Kush. I don't know what crazy cross this is, but it's my new favorite right now from CC. They are giving away their "Famed Mixed Pack" when you order from Attitude. For Reserva~ Purple Wreck, Snowcap Romulan, and OG Kush #18, not the regular OG, the #18....those are rockin.

Any plant that finishes in 54 days is not sativa dom. It might have received a staiva influence in the growth pattern but that does not make it sativa dom. The reason why it smells different than most OG's is because it's probably a hybrid or a completely different strain that someone labeled OG to market it. Most OG's finish in around 70 days and the ghost OG which is supposed to be an OG cut finishes in under 60? I'm sure it could still be good but take greenthumbs strain names with a grain of salt.

^^^^^Agreed. I have had to sit on sativas for over 65 days and even 70 days in flower is not unheard of.

I wouldn't trust greenthumbs on that 54 days OG. True OG has a specific taste to it and once breeders start hybridizing they're picking plants that may overwhelm the smell/taste or change it.
I would go for Cali Connection or Reserva for the OG. Both breeders are a safe bet for good quality. Check out which you like better.

Having grown all 3, RP was my winner because it had yield, flavor and potency...having said that, Docs Ghost was the strongest but lowest yield, I had some variation in the phenos but all yielded pretty low, the pheno that looks like the ghost cut has amazing OG taste and potency and not a damn 1 took less than 65 days.

Cali Connects imo is the one that is the most different but I've only grown the tahoe ( still have beans for larry and deadhead so we will see ), I had phenos that were dominant to both the Tahoe side and the SFV side, very high yield but the potency was no where near RP or the Ghost and the flavor was very different...good but not what I know as the OG flavor.

As far as stability in the seeds go....RP seemed the most stable, only saw 2 main pheno's, Doc's Ghost I had 3 very different pheno's, CC's Tahoe was all over the map and I had an auto flower.

So my rankings are:

Potency: Ghost > RP > CC Tahoe
Yield: CC Tahoe > RP > Ghost
Flavor: RP / Ghost ( tied ) > CC Tahoe
Stability: RP > Ghost > CC Tahoe

Doc's Og is Indica dom but does have some sativa in it. As the tale goes about the Ghost Cut, it does have sativa in the mix. I think Doc lists his OG as finishing in 65-75 days...not 54.
