could be a few things...first thought is spider mites but you need a better closer pic...second thought is misting them with the lights on....look at the bottom of the leaves for mites and webs. If it's neither we can continue....let us know:mrgreen:

Do you use ozone as this looks like possible ozone damage. Also I would stop with the fucking plant soap. Do you think people were hanging out washing plants when the herb evolved bro. Let those leaves be.

It looks most like the Spider Mite pictures found in THE GROW FAQ.

GROWFAQ

Look through there a bit.

Although It really looks like aphids.. Ne ways Neem Oil should do the trick.

neem oil wont kill the eggs and you will end up fighting them again every three days when the eggs hatch....I promise...I have been there...your plant is way infested. you need to use insecticide. neem oil is good as a preventative measure or if you catch the mites immediately. :blsmoke:

this plant is sick, no doubt. when you see spots like that you have to cut that leave of, so the illness wont go further,, do all your leaves looks like that?

DO NOT CUT YOUR FUCKIN LEAVES OFF! okay I can stop freakin now. all of the green you see is still good....shit...dont cut the leaves off. just kill the mites and you will be fine. if over 50 percent of the leaf is yellow then cut it if you want...till then leave them alone :blsmoke:

yes, but when those little spiders will wake up they will what will happen with other leaves? ;) if you got only 5 or 6 leaves like that, you can cut them off, but if many of those than you need to fight with it in other ways..

pour sand over the top of your soil. it makes the drainage more even anyway- and destroys their habitat in the soil and where they lay their eggs, sandbox soil can be purchased locally cheap- and works great as a preventative measure, and functions to minimize infestations- while having some benefit also of being more reflective. That last bits a stretch- but its true..
