inpossible? wow that's impressive, let me guess, you're still in hykes-school.

Seriously though, take time to learn. Start with a little stealth grow and work with that for about a year. You need to get your bearings before you even have a prayor of pulling off anything worth while. I hate to break it to you, but you are no where even close to being ready.

Took me close to 3 months to find the right mother.

Yer continuing to jump over the entire process and are looking at what you're gonna yield...which is not only unrealistic, it's counterproductive.

What you should be asking about instead of "possible poundage" is the construction of the room, lighting needs, ventilation, nutrients, Co2 generators, odor control..and fuck..a ton of other shit that comes WAYYYYY before any pot ever shows up in the bowl.

Other stuff to ponder

Yer gonna rent a place, right?. What happens when the landlord wants to get in...or comes in unannounced when yer not home and finds yer grow? You have no privacy in a rental situation...and with other tenants around...you can't haul yer plants out for the inspecton. just a bad deal, IMO.

I'm sure i'm only scratchin the surface. This is so huge you won't believe it..it isn't just as plug/play kinda deal like a video game...
