one month old plant problem

Put your CFL a lot closer first off. They don't generate much heat at all, so the benefit is that CFL can be almost on top of the plant. What kinda soil is that? The big chunks of stuff make me think its MG.

No don't cut any leaves it stressed enough as it is. Badly stunted due to lack of food, overwatering and probably wrong ph. Feed it veg nutes at 6.5 and only water when pot is light to lift not just when the top inch dries, that plant wouldn't consume the water in 2 weeks let alone 3 days. When its green and healthy it can be watered every 3 days.

It looks like potassium deficiency. Do not cut off anything unless you have giant crispy brown leaves that block lower buds (which doesn't seem to be your problem right now)

Is MG tomato plant food what you have or what you're looking to buy? I'm reading it's 18-18-21. As much as I don't like miracle grow, if that's what you have, it should fix the problem.

It's high in potassium.

depends who you ask , if mg is good or bad, I say use it, im not scared to mess around, to see the end results of 2 different soils . or nutes. . and in the end result you know you will save thousand of dollars, and grow the same plant , just flush the plant before harvest.
