Oregon OMMP and Growers.

Just thought id make a thread for all of us Oregon medical marijuana patients and growers a like or soon to be patients. If any one needs info on how to get a card in Oregon or where to go just ask. any and all can post pics up of their plants , just talk, u know make it a good thread if we can. Also mabye why and how long u have had your card.

I have had mine for about a year now. i got it mainly for severe back pain. i was in an auto accident and broke my lower back in 2 places. i also have it for Insomnia, it helps me eat. and makes me all around a much happier person. i love indica dom strains and a weed that makes me couch locked and sleepy. at the time i am not growing for myself becasue i dont have outdoor property so i got a grower for the summer. i do do indoor for winter though. my last journal is in my link below i grew out 2 shishkaberry wich by the way is now my favorite strain. i have grown big sin, blue moon, mcpurple bubba kush, and a few bag seed in the past. im not the best grower but i can grow good enought to supply myself. i am however getting better and better every grow. my first grow was about 1 and a half ozs from 2 plants. my last harvest was 7 ozs from 2 plants so indded i am much better and learning more and more.

so to all who want to post , talk share pics, and what not feel free, i hope i didnt just make a dead thread.:-P

Sexy lookin. What part of OR if I may ask? I have been a cardholder for about a year as well but been growing much much longer. Don't have many pics to share atm but there is a link to my journal in my signature. I'm in the hillsboro area myself. I grow for myself and 2 others.

hey thanks for stoppin in the thread. and im from southern oregon josiphine county. i will check out the journal for sure. i had to get a grower for the outdoor season and it sucks cuz i love to grow as much as i do smokin

Howdy Oregon! I'm glad they finally made state MMP threads, its nice to be able to share local news/info.

I've been growing on and off for the past few years, and I've been growing seriously for the past year and a half. Although my experiences have all been indoors, I'm hoping to move into the big leagues and do some outdoor next year. So far, I've grown several strains, those being Matanuska, Cinderella, Sour Diesel, and Big Bud. Attached are some pictures of the sour diesel crop, enjoy!

If anyone has any questions or wants to share some local insight, let me know!

couldnt agree with you more about the state MMP section. those buds are lookin great and dank as can be.your grow room looks really nice to how big is your room. and also are u by chance a female grower, sorry the hand just looks like a girl hand. it always cool to have a female grower around if you are, not very many of them on RIU or just not many out theri.

Unfortunately I'm just a dude with girly hands lol. I just have thin hands (I'm pretty tall and lanky). As far as the room goes, that's just one of the rooms, we actually use 3 rooms total. I couldn't give you exact measurements, but I would say like 10x15 or something around there, that's the flower room. Id say the 2 veg rooms rooms are probably like 7x7 each

I have been looking at getting the card for some time now, is there a place that I would have a beter chance to get one or should I just bug my doctor until he signs it?

I'm on the edge of beaverton/hillsboro here...

I've been closet growing on and off for 20 years, just legal for the last year. Now that I'm legal I've been getting a bit carried away. I have around 10kw but I can only run 2 atm, I need more gear to handle the heat and humidity, and am still short some of the essentials to switch over to hydro to really make running all that all worthwhile.

No shortage of bud here any more though, that's sure nice...

I actually should take on a patient, I could use help with it.

well what count or city u in. i like the thcf clinics but im sure all MMJ clinics are the same like norml an stuff.this is how i did it i have a severe back pain so i took in all my documents of me going in for my back and some other stuff and then took it to the thcf clinic. my doctor didnt need to know i was getting it. they have doctors at the clinic. u need at least three different ocassions where u went in to a doctor and complaining about the same thing if it is a real thing u need. all have to be a month aprt to be eligable and must be with in the last three years. if u need any info for numbers and what not just let the thread know and im sure me or somone else can help.

hey oregon meds, dam 10 kw why all the extra if not in use. oh wait just re read your post. glad to hear your never out of meds. and yes it is nice to never be out. i am supposed to be getting a grower here in a few days cuz i cant do outdoor myself. i would like to find a grower who lets me help with the plants though because i love to do the work on the plants and see them grow and shit. u know what i mean

Yes I know what you mean, it's a fun hobby that's why I got so carried away. Well that and for a while there it didn't seem to matter how much I grew, I was still running out, and that got really old really fast because I need it for a really messed up broken back.

I want to do a world record indoor tree grow, so technically I still don't have enough lights, should do 20k.

dam thats what every grower wants to do, i think that room could be better though with some black and white polyfilm to reflect, but i geuss with all that light mabye not. ive seen this pic before and the journal it was on, and dam how much to u use to be out using 2 kw of light, unless u got a few other patients your helping. i also need weed all the time for my back. i was in a car accident awhile ago and broke ny lower back in 2 places
