Organic Inda Gro 420 Pro Par with TGA Space Dawg, first indoor grow!

Very nice Brandon! I have been wondering about you and what happened to you...now I know - you are rocking it indoors :) You are doing an awesome job. Love the training you are doing on her. I needed to keep my stuff low outside this year, so when I put my girls in the ground (they were about 3 feet tall) I planted them at a horizontal angle. Kinda like what you did by tying her over :)

Congrats on the 3.75! That is awesome! All your hard work is paying off for you, both in your grow and school work. I am on my second indoor run and it is def a learning experience. I am with you, and my heart and soil are in the ground outside :)

Subbed now, so I will keep checking on ya :)

Thanks for the kind words Fumble! School has been keeping me very busy, and I don't think I'll get a solid break until I finish this year, but next year will be hell lol. To be honest, I don't really like growing indoor very much so far compared to outdoors. I hate having to pay for electricity when the best source of natural energy for plants is so readily available outside! Just seems kind of absurd to me lol but I understand why people began to grow indoors and the benefits it poses. Do you grow from seed? Have you ever tried main lining? I started seeds early to grow big plants but kept them below 7 ft bushes! I'm prepping and looking forward to this outdoor season greatly :D

Nice Job! She is gonna be a Monster when finished!

Love the training too!

Peace

Thanks Scientist! I'm excited to see her flower, I hope she doesn't disappoint! There is always room for error though

Hey everyone,

Just a quick update, I cleaned up the lowers on the Dawg. Hooked up the ducting to the carbon filter and fan yesterday, and have been running it. As soon as I figure out how high the fan needs to be to maintain a constant temperature, I will swap her to 12/12! Super excited to watch her flower :D

very nice Brandon! I know what you mean about indoor. I am having a hard time getting used to it. They say it is easier because you control everything, but I think outside is wayyyy easier. At least atm...once I learn indoor I am sure I will feel different!

If I lived out in the country, I would be growing trees!

nice job on the clean up. I never tried mainline, but probably will eventually. It looks pretty cool.

Hello everyone!

Been checking on the dawg pretty often lately, I have the room set up to stay at 81 degrees while the light is on, and it cools down to about 70 degrees or so when the light has been off all night. I run the light from 2 PM to 2 AM, but not for much of any reason besides that overlapped darkness hours with her veg cycle and this time offers a smaller chance of light pollution I think.

I have noticed since I flipped the lights that the dawg has stretched a little bit and is even beginning to show some signs of resin production! Here are some pics I snapped yesterday afternoon, enjoy! I really want to get a camera :( maybe in a few years when I actually have money. Good thing I live in the age where a decent quality camera is right on the back of my phone :D

She is coming along nicely :) Love to see that resin starting up. That is something to make you smile for sure :) Happy Sunday to you Brandon :)

Hey everyone,

The quarter is coming to an end and things are getting busy. I have a lab in my logic design class that is kicking my ass right now, our assignment is to create a knockoff version of the game "Flappy Bird". I've been putting in a lot of time and am almost halfway done probably, with the screen defined and the borders moving, but working on it really makes me hate life lol. My finals shouldn't be too bad though because both of my classes are lab focused, so I can at least look on the bright side a little . In fact, by posting on this I am procrastinating working on my other lab right now :D Oh well, need a break sometimes.

Anywho, the Space Dawg is doing well, she is still stretching and putting off pistils everywhere but not really much trichome production yet. I pulled her apart a little a few days ago to expose the lower branches and give everything a bit more breathing room. Really excited to watch her flower, have been checking on her every afternoon and night as her schedule of light hours is 2pm-2am lol.

She is just so beautiful Brandon! It is good to take a mental break every once in a while and work on something else. Let's your mind refresh somewhat for better ideas when you go back to it :) Good luck with your labs and finals. You will master them I am sure :)

Hey everyone!

Went home to visit the parents and take care of things at home for the weekend, and my dawg grew into the light and burned some leaves and tips . I moved the light up and cut a few leaves that were blocking a lot of light and were burned. At home I made up a large batch of super soil, built a few raised beds and filled each with the mix and more top soil. Will have 4 outdoor plants this year, 3 in the ground and 1 in a 60 gallon smart pot. I think my line up outdoor this year will be Wheezer's Romulan, forum cut girl scout cookies, and Starburst! Super excited for this year, should be the best one yet :D

Looks awesome Brandon...even with the burnt tips ;) Now you will be set to put them in the ground with the beds made.
