why is it always stated that outdoor seeds produce more then the indoor? the only thing i can think of is that the roots would have less restriction in the unlimited soil, or that the sun is incomparable to indoor lights. but i think with enough good lights and a big pot (i dont really think its the pot, roots can be so root bound and still be able to grow normally im a bonsai enthusiast so ive seen from experience the extremes for growing plants) the plants should grow the same. is it that plants grown outside have longer veg. growth then people like to have in indoors (size problems) but i dont have a problem with having 20 large plants growing and having plenty of lights to support them. so should i discount that information or is there a major difference outside?
P.S. i have never grown outdoors because of the dangerous variables i cant control. so i cant personally see a difference. interested in people personal experiences! thanks
