Hey. This is my first post so very new to this. I’m growing purple mimosa using a the scogg method (second with this technique) my babies have been in veg for 6 weeks currently on 9th day of flower. They’ve nearly doubled in size and space is a worry as don’t want to over grow my room with height been an issue. Got about another meter in height I could do with some expert knowledge if they will out grow my room. Any comments would be appreciated

Thanks for replying I was going to add another trelice after stretch has slowed dow. Yes was thinking of defoliating Iv been hst training there’s no where else to manipulate the colas as trelice is full might just have to keep light closer then d as low down the stretch with out burning (30cm)

A meter left, if your growing under a 600w, you will be fine, don't do anything till you have to or your going to mess that canopy up. looks amazing, your in for a bummer crop, I am in the same boat, I have a foot left to raise my lights

You can also use temperature to help control the stretch. Giving the plants a 10 degree (F) temp difference between night and day will help promote stretching and giving a less narrow temp range will help to limit stretching.
I'll run mine at 66-77 (F) when I want to promote stretch and try to stay closer to a constant 70-72 (F) when I want to limit stretch.
Once the plant has finished stretching you can open the temperature range back up.

Keep it really cool... 18 for the 1st couple of weeks. Slows the growth....
