This would be an awesome grow room bro. The timber lights would cover the 5'x5' area with 900w better than a DE hid light at 1100w and you could manage heat pretty easily.

That would depend on how you grow them. You could put dozens of plants or just one. Either way you could get between 1-2lbs from that 5'x5' space off 1 plant or off 10. Check out sixstring2112's grows, he likes to grow one plant with cobs to be 5' wide and they look outstanding. If you grew them with a shorter veg time like most people then you would easily fit 4-6 plants in that space.

If you split the room into 2-5x5 spaces with a partition like you said then you could just get two separate fixtures. One for each 5x5 space. The 900 watt fixture could be for flower and give you approximately 35 watts per square foot which is plenty for flower. 5x5=25÷900watts=36watts/sq.ft With two rooms you would need two separate lights so you could run perpetual.
